- Do you think you know how the leadership grade is calculated at OCS? Chances are you do not. As a matter of fact, many candidates going through and those that have completed OCS, do not have a thorough understanding of how that grade is calculated. In this video, I speak about every event and what you can be doing now to positively impact that grade when you are in Quantico. Take a look and provide feedback. Thanks.

These videos have been extremely helpful for me as a candidate. Thank you and keep up the good work Capt. Dubon.
Invaluable content! Thank you for sharing. I am an applicant who will be contracting for OCC-231 by the end of this month. Over the course of approx. 3 months, I have created a Google Drive Sheet (cloud sharable spreadsheet) which contains a contact roster (w/ personal info including individual strengths and weaknesses), PT schedule/WOD, relevant and in-depth academic material sourced from DoD/.mil entities, study session calendar, and a bunch of other stuff. It has definitely helped our applicant pool prepare ourselves for OCS.
Hello. My name is Aaron. Would you please share up document with me? I am working towards a OCS spot out of Georgia. Here is my email ballislife2121@gmail.com
Can you share it here?
Do you still have this? I'd appreciate it if you shared it
Can you share it sir
Sorry fellas, I tried looking for the files a few days ago and deleted all of that stuff.
Most all of it can be found in the TBS handouts. At the end of the day, you shouldn't be trying to game the game too hard. Go prepared, learn from mistakes and overall have fun!
It’s amazing how much of Young Marine Junior leadership school is modeled after OCS. Thank you for the video!
Rah sir thank you
What is a command billet?
They basically assign you a leadership billet within the company and observe you to see how your perform.
@@warriorspath9511 Thankyou for responding, but I still don’t understand what a billet is.
@@calebdarsky5040 Think of it as a "title". For example, the President of the US, his billet is also "Commander in Chief" Hope this makes sense
@@warriorspath9511 Oh, so it’s kind of a role in which you have to supervise your team. I think I understand now. Thank you.
