    I lasted up to half way at the 5th 5 minute, with 1 minute rest. I will try this session with 4 minutes and 1 minute rest.
    Great way of pushing yourself to the limits. Thank you Eric.

    Deceptively easy start, really felt the pinch at the end and struggled to maintain 30. Good session thanks 😊

      Enrique Calla no.... my display shouldn’t matter! If you want to know my splits, they go from around 1:50-1:38 towards the end

    I want to know how people watch these videos? Are there people who pull this up on a big screen or ipad and row with Eric or do the most just watch the first bit and go row by themselves?

      Hi. I use UA-cam on my tv and exercise along with Eric. Sometimes, though, I follow along on my elliptical. I hope this helps. Best, Jamie

      I do the sessions and listening to what is said. As I started to do erg after some month of nothing, I started with the first sessions and arrived at the 1000 meter time trial last weekend (sat 11th may 2018) . As I am just back on the ergo for 6 weeks I do only 3 to 4 sessions a week. So I need a bit more time to catch up with the actual stage ;) These videos keep my sessions fresh :) I hope, that helped you along a bit ...

      @@KerenWang For me, it works just perfect! If I like to do more aerobic stuff, I repeat an aerobic session or step on the bike. If I need more strength training, I do that inbetween and if I need one day more break, I do that. But still, I do one session after another - fresh and easy :)
