Beyond Wonderland and I am so fortunate that in 2017 it was on my birthday and next year it may be on my birthday again!

Can’t wait for Countdown
Electric forest is a must. It is an S tier. You get re entry to the festival all throughout the day and night. Camping is insane. The vibes are amazing. And hammocks as far as the eye can see. Lots of shade in the forest. The big stages don't really have much shade though.

Yes, I am suppose to go this year if it happens in august 🙂 but I don’t think it’s gonna happen 😔

Never watching a hip hot artist ever again at a rave festival, most of the time theyre super late to their set and then perform for about 20-15 minutes, then end the set lmao. Just go to the opposite stage where an actual rave dj is playing.
A $AP Rocky at EDCLV 2019 was dope... albeit only 25 minutes.
EDC MX 2020 was the last one before the pandemic. (sniffs) Yellow Claw B2B Headhunterz was LEGENDARY!!! I have the set on my computer!
I didn't see that one, but I saw madeon and O M F G that was the best experience of my life!

My opinion, but I felt EDC Mexico is better than EDCLV.
Pros
1. I walked to the event since there are plenty of hotels nearby so no stuck in parking lot afterwards
2. February weather in Mexico City is perfect for festivals
3. Tickets are like 1/3 of the price for the same amount of days
4. They give hardstyle a better stage twice I've been there compared to all 4 times EDCLV
5. Love how there's vendors walking through the crowds selling stuff so I don't need to leave mid set.
Cons.
1. Less PLUR vibes
2. Lineup less star focused, but still stacked
3. No sunrise set
So mexico EDC sounds superior to me.
Cheaper tickets by 60 percent, less walking AND the food and drinks come to ME?! Dueces lv edc.
Escape is one of the worst. Because people that aren't ravers go and bring bad vibes. Gets too crowded and everything is rushed
How did Electric Forest just slip into the bottom? You never mentioned it. I Understand due to it being on the bottom you have never been, but its at least worth mentioning. I guarantee it will go to the top spot.
EDC Mexico was AMAZING! Came back on March 2nd to everyone in a panic and no toilet paper or water in the grocery stores

Abduction was cancelled due to severe weather. I would love to hear your opinion on how they handled the cancellation. There have been many opinions flying around.
I really wonder how the event would have gone being a one day festival.
Hard Summer has improved and it’s was my first race! If you go this year then you’ll be mega impressed but just drink a whole brunch of water and liquid I.V.!! I loved Escape Halloween was a blast but it’s too short! They should make it a three day like Hard Summer in 2022!!
All the insomniac events with live nations suck ass
NOS Center is the best venue ever. Been going there for years, nice to live to close by.

Keep waiting cuz it got moved to october and he (pascal) claimed he had a line up ready an obviously that was bs. He had no line up. Refund please and thank you. Like how does he expect anyone to wait till october to find out who they paid 400 dollars to see for the weekend. Imagine sitting at a diner an the waiter asks for 50 bucks an says no need to order I will pick the food it's a suprise.... lol

FK can be an A tier if they did the event in March! The weather in June for FK is like a heatstroke waiting to happen lol.
Forbidden kingdom was a solid festival. Nice venue, killer lineup and good production value, besides being hot as balls (Orlando in June) it was a great time

Fun fact: Hard Summer became an Insomniac festival in 2018.
My first experience was in 2015 and actually was a fun experience with decent production/execution. There were some sound issues but nothing major. After that, Hard Summer started to get worse because they lost the Fairplex location and no upgrades to the experience (imo).
Once Insomniac took over, the festival has upgraded. I also agree with you that Nocturnal’s lineup has been so-so and I heard camping was a hot mess. Personally, I think the mainstage production for both HARD and Nocturnal could be better also.
Thank you for your video! With that said, EDC LV will always be #1 rave (from her list) for anyone that hasn’t been. I’ve heard Electric Forest is also top tier.

My first rave ever was nocturnal 2006. Before it was wonderland. It was 55$ at the door and it was one of the best nights of my life. So nocturnal is my top forever. Then beyond, then edc vegas. And i went to the very first audiotistic it was tiny at a club in socal and insomniac picked them up after that. I stopped going in 2013 for a long time so I've been to a ton of raves but in recent years I have only been to beyond wonderland hard summer, and countdown. So now countdown is my fave. And hard is garbage comparatively.
How do you survive? Monster massive 06 was my first, I’m now 34 and I went to dreamstate and it was incredible, the vibes reminded me of early rave days, but my GOD my legs are dead, I’ll admit I don’t work out as much as I should, but any tips are appreciated because I’m dying! Lol so much fun tho

Forbidden Kingdom actually just partnered with Insomniac in October 2020, I believe this year (2021) is the first year it’s insomniac owned. Also you forgot Okeechobee!! I think they were also just bought out by insomniac recently too.
Insomniac brought them back! 2020 was their first year/my first Okee and also last fest before covid

I agree with this for the most part. I live about 20 minutes from the NOS event center. I feel I would put beyond wonderland in second before escape. Only because, I feel a lot of people just go to get shit faced drunk for escape that aren't Into the music. The vibe is so much more plur at beyond. That said, it is sad that I don't like the vibe as much at escape because I'm such a horror genre fanatic. Escape 2019 was way over crowded and I just witnessed so many fights. It was just off. :(

@@io-ks9nb yeah that was my last festival before the world shut down. I don't remember that being overly packed but I went last minute and left a little early. Pretty sure I caught covid there. Lol I just remember the champagne waterfall in the vip section! So awesome
Escape 2019 was sooo packed. Granted I still had fun, but the vibe was definitely off compared to previous years!

I agree. Beyond has less people and more true ravers because it’s not a holiday rave. I also personally prefer the Alice in Wonderland theme.

DREAMSTATE 2016 loved it was nervous at first but just fell in love with the music and the vibes
Beyond wonderland 2017 was amazing production bigger stages and expanded my music taste
Audiotistic 2018 socal was very small but intimate nothing to big on stages or lineup felt different but good
Countdown was just mind blowing got to spend it with my girlfriend wow just amazing
Audiotistic 2019 socal wow it blew up stages were just phenomenal compared to 2018 loved it more cause it was my first solo rave with my gf
Countdown 2019 Idk how insomniac does it bigger stages better lineups just felt perfect but technically it was the first and last rave of 2020 sadly 😥
Also Hard summer was my first non rave it was nice just felt so weird of a mix of different DJs and singers
Dreamstate is one event i never miss.
