But the music in the late 60s, 70s, and early 80s ( stretching that a bit) the best . Nothing cannot ever will replace that era of RnR
I always argue with people when they say Niel Peart is best drummer ever. Which I can make a case for cuz he was unbeleivable , BUT MY argument was Peart had 50 pc drum kit and Bonham had a 5 pc w/4 cymbals and made it sound so badass.
Yeah, despite the incredibly powerful drumming of Bonzo and Pages molten guitar and riffing, it’s still Plants voice that fills the hall and dominates everything! His vocals actually stand out above it all!
I just saw Robert Plant in concert 8/9/24. His voice was awesome. Still hits the high notes but doesn't sustain them as long as he did. Most sings in an octave lower now, but still pure. And still a great showman. Lots of body language, beautiful gestures with his hands, can still see his younger self merged with his older presence.

2024 still rocking 66 yrs LZ the best
Hands down one of the greatest bands of all time. #1 For me.
I like how when jimmy page goes into the main riff the crowd immediately switches to the right tempo
Love the Stones and WHO but musically Zeppelin beats all.
Amen,no one as great as Zeppelin
I never get tired of this musical craftsmanship performed by the “Best Band “ ever! Watch Bonham crash those drums and cymbals like a controlled “madman”
Excess kills any rock n roller!!! But the music in the late 60s, 70s, and early 80s ( stretching that a bit) the best . Nothing cannot ever will replace that era of RnR
No we know why Bonham was the Best
I always argue with people when they say Niel Peart is best drummer ever. Which I can make a case for cuz he was unbeleivable , BUT MY argument was Peart had 50 pc drum kit and Bonham had a 5 pc w/4 cymbals and made it sound so badass.
Bonzo using telephone poles for drumsticks.
@@danielives379 At least get the guy's name right. It's Neil Peart.
@@stevends3865 He beat those drums like the groupies he had sex with
The voice on Plant was just incredible
ROBERT tea bagged the rest
I believe still IS? 👌
Yeah, despite the incredibly powerful drumming of Bonzo and Pages molten guitar and riffing, it’s still Plants voice that fills the hall and dominates everything! His vocals actually stand out above it all!
а волосы ?😂❤
I just saw Robert Plant in concert 8/9/24. His voice was awesome. Still hits the high notes but doesn't sustain them as long as he did. Most sings in an octave lower now, but still pure. And still a great showman. Lots of body language, beautiful gestures with his hands, can still see his younger self merged with his older presence.
This is live at the Royal Albert Hall filmed in 1970. Captures the early power of Led Zep in concert when their popularity was exploding and rock fans realized they were something incredible. Word of mouth spread quickly. We are lucky it was recorded for posterity.
👏🏻🎸😎
We already know that lover we know ain't no need to tell us more
I was there !!! Wow ... had a box seat but we never sat down just rocked it ... I’m 70 now and still love them and remember the concert like it was a few years ago !!!
Yes, considering how Jimmy and Bonzo started liking the drugs and alcohol more than the substances liked them. Saw them 3x’s during the Physical Graffiti tour. Ouch, 2x’s they were horrible and the 3rd was transcendent
@@michaelbrickley2443 It sounds like you were on something that was affecting you're hearing.
@@christopherekin1747 hardly…you obviously have poor taste or never saw them. Jimmy Page has admitted he was drunk almost every night and has no memory of any Led Zeppelin shows. I’ve seen shows in the best theatre’s and used to work with rock bands and jazz musicians. Helped build a recording studio in Huntington. They liked their drugs, Bonzo & Pagey. What do you think ended the band?
