Statistically, countries with lower economic stability have more girls born.
Like in India and China. Where society who values boys more allowed abortion of female foetuses that led to a chronic shortage of women and no wives for men to marry.
In some villages in India, women can marry several men at once as long as they are all brothers.
But Russia lost a lot of men in 1917 Revolution, then in WW2, then during rebuilding the country after the war when men did very hard, very dangerous jobs to rebuild the country quickly to a good standard.
From the 70s, men had bad widespread drinking problem so didn't live beyond 50. Or even younger.
In the 90s Russian economy collapsed, with majority of people leaving Russia being men who went to earn money in the West to provide for families back home. Also the 90s decade saw the highest number of male suicides due to rampant unemployment and destitution.
After 2022, over a million of men run away from Russia fearing conscription into the Army.
For the first time in over 100 years, Russian economy is growing fast and people's real wages are rising.
Also, culturally drinking alcohol is no longer cool for under 35s.
Promiscuity is frowned upon due to widespread practice of Christianity and young people don't date around but marry.
Mother's capital (a government voucher to buy a house) and many other financial benefits ensure that more women are having children, more people get married younger (20-25) and now more boys are being born in Russia.
Interesting times we live in
In percentage terms, the imbalance of men to women in Russia is much lower than in India.

@@TheNimaVibe It's a risky business doing that style of video - someone in a studio setup, commenting on an existing video. You have to add some actual value for it to be appreciated. Your comments have to add something to the watching.
@@comatoseps1382 Unfortunately, UA-cam will push you to do it 😅. Before, I was talking and commenting about everything, especially for the song reactions, but about 50% of people asked me to not talk and just react 😅. Funny, yeah? I assure you that I really care about the content, but also, as a father, I have to pay attention to making more money 😃. So that’s why I was just watching and not adding more comments.
