Its honestly ridiculous how long this ride took to be build and it looks basic as hell. In the meantime universal are building innovative rides at the speed of light and basically building a new theme park in the same time! Disney really need to up their game!

Ure crazy. Basic ??? This is a copy of the one in Shanghai Disneyland and is hardly basic. The queue looks fantastic and I am looking forward to this. I'll admit that it's not a long ride, which is a disappointment. But when you look at Flight of passage and Rise of the Resistance, well you can take most of what's at universal and realize why they're #2
Did you realize the park was shut down for 20 months due to COVID?
It took 6 years to build this ride (which is a clone)
Universal is building a whole park in half that time lol
It’s a launch, turn around and two helixes then the break run and that took 5 years…covid is a bad excuse when universal did so much in that time period
Went on Monday! Rode it in the morning and then my friend invited me during the night! It’s really short so I think these preview rides were enough for me haha
I was lucky enough to ride Tron in Shanghai in 2018 and I enjoyed it. The problem with bringing it to Orlando is the competition up the road has a much better motorbike coaster. And while not the same guardians is also a much better coaster.
It looks beautiful, but why are so many of Disney's rides and ride cycles so short? 😔 This was barely over one minute from launch to end.
That's how they're secretly ripping you off. That's why I don't go to Disney any more and haven't been to their theme parks in over 12 years. The prices are too high, the rides are dirty and the "new" ones are very short and don't look exciting. The food portions are very tiny and overpriced. The list goes on and on. The rivals like Universal and Busch Gardens will come out ahead of them soon.

I've been predicting since it's announcement that people were going to be upset to wait for hours for a 90 second slow ride. I've been on it in Shanghai, and this is basically a copy and paste with the exception of that holding room wall going translucent so you can watch the launch. Even a 45 minute wait there seemed too long.
I'm glad it's there, don't get me wrong. But I think it's fair to say that it's not worth waiting in line for. It's certainly not like Rise of the Resistance where it's a 20-minute long /experience/.
Love this vid, I agree that it seems like a short ride. But at least you had a blast on it and it seemed your parents and koda did too!
That's really upsetting to hear about the chance that a guest could throw something on a rider passing by. I had never even thought of that but it makes sense.

The ride looks great and I would definitely check it out if I ever go to Disney but that seat is crazy, I’m a bigger girl and I’ve never had to worry about my CALFS, like what! But, nonetheless it does look fun. Another great video you guys, you never cease to put a smile on my face!!😁😃

Hi Adrian! As a bigger person myself, Shanghai Disney is my second favorite park Ive ever been to. I had an amazing time. I would definitely suggest you keep it on your list even though youve gotten to ride Tron. The Pirates ride there is literally mind blowing 🤯 And the exchange rate makes things more affordable since the flight is a bit pricey.
Pirates there is next-level, but a bit unreliable. First two times we tried to ride it, it broke down ... second time right after we boarded! Glad we stuck it out, though, because it was amazing. Tron was neat and glad I went on it, but would routinely skip it if it was longer than 45 mintues.
This attraction looks great at night! Too bad it's so short, though, and hopefully whenever I get around to riding it, I won't have to wait too long! And I am soooooo with you on pre-shows! Once I've been on a ride once or twice, I don't need to see a long pre-show, or multiple pre-shows (FoP, looking at you). Glad to hear that this one's short, like the ride! Also, UGH to the people who wrote on the glass in the queue...this is why we can't have nice things.

I love how you’re walking through magic kingdom checking everyone around you and trying to figure out if they’d fit on TRON 🤣🤣. I’m hearing many are disappointed with the seating situation :/
We’re going to be there in March but won’t be able to ride it as we’re not APs or DVC

Seeing this, I might actually choose the bucket seat, or at least the 🏍️ cycles right in front of it - suchhhh a better view of all the light cycles + the other bikes in front of you racing was sooo cool, compared to all the front row POVs I’ve seen
I like the projection screens better on Tron but i like Guardian of the Galaxy coaster better!

I have autism and severe anxiety, I am also claustrophobic, can anyone ride in the bucket seat? Also is Guardians too fast for me or people who might have anxiety? The first ever launch ride I ever rode is the Cheetah Hunt. It terrified me. Is it like Cheetah Hunt or is it like Slinky Dog Dash? Is it a wait to ride the bucket seat? I'm sorry I'm asking so many questions.

I hope a lot of people are gonna be disappointed by this ride. Disney needs to take at other parks like Busch Sea world and Universal. Then maybe they won't skimp on ride length and make customers happy.....

The ride in the bucket seat was a lot of fun! I don’t feel like I lost anything by ridding there
What camera didja use?
Once this ride is officially opened, it will be like all of the other new attractions/rides. INUNDATED with VERY LONG lines! Time is money, as the saying goes. Especially when your vacation clock is running at WDW! I will choose to wait until the newness wears off before standing in line for an hour or two. ESPECIALLY, knowing that the payoff (ride) is less than 60 seconds in duration! It looks like fun though and I look forward to riding it one day, down the road! Excellent review and information!!
Tom from WDW News Today makes a great point about other Disney UA-camrs NOT speaking up about the vial mistreatment of Disney cast members. Are you planning to also start to make a stronger messaging and use your platform to highlight the gross mistreatment of Disney Cast Members?
Homeless Disney cast members! How about this for your next several videos or until Disney gives them the $18 per hour they need to keep themselves alive! All theme park UA-camrs have a chance to use your platform to be a advocate for cast members and their push for a $18 now LIVING wage! Theme park UA-camrs have a chance to be on the right side of history with supporting their raise increase, but it needs to be more than one quick mention … it needs to be vocalized in EVERY video from every theme park UA-camrs in order to make a difference. I pray you do the right thing.
Hey Adrian, how much longer did you have to wait for the bucket seat? I'm pretty sure I won't fit the bike and I want to manage my expectations about the wait for AP previews.
I personally only had to wait a few extra minutes for the bucket seat. Wasn’t long of a wait for it at all

Question, Was the takeoff faster than Rock N’ Roller Coaster?
The launch on Tron is 59mph. Rock N is 57. So yes. However the launch on Rock N is more sudden and intense than Tron which takes a bit longer to reach that top speed

You know even though I haven't been to Disney in a while because they are expensive as hell, I eouldnt mind riding this, I believe the launch will pack a good punch but the thing is that many people even myself are questioning, Wtf why is it so short, but that's Disney. They are supposed to be family friendly. I love the yheming to tron light cycle but cmon it did not have to take 7 years to build

Universal builds a whole park in shorter time. What makes it even worse is that it’s a replica ride to what Disney has already done, nothing innovative that might need R&D time 🤷🏽♀️

As a familiy or beginners coaster perfect, only for adrenaline junkies, coasters like Veloci or Hagrids are better options.

Looks fun but they could've done more, Disney loves theming coasters by putting them in dark buildings so the ride seems more thrilling. Wouldn't want to wait more than a half hour for this one tbh, especially since it's so short and copied from Shanghai without much innovation.

Guardians is a better roller coaster, than Tron. I’ll ride Tron again. However, if I could only ride one of them in a day, it would be guardians no contest. 😎🌴
People complain that Tron is short but Velocicoaster and Hulk are also one minute long. I'm a big fan of Tron Legacy so I'm highly anticipated to ride the attraction.

Sponsored by Enterprise Rent a car. That means Disney STILL wants someone else to pay for this ride. Any time you see a sponsor name on a new ride sign, Disney is being lazy and greedy. They are only out to rip up your wallet with all these pathetic add on fees for everything. And yet, they somehow don't have the money to build a new attraction...
Gee, maybe Iger needs to stop buying so many companies and focus on the PARK instead.
The build was during a pandemic where all work on it was shut down. It didn't take 6 years and it's false to say so.
