This is a new problem for me, very recent. I have seen many fixes. Some work for some, but not all, and only for a while. Now my screen is blurred. The restore down problem seems to be ok now but will it last? My PC is getting older. Would the problem come along with a new PC? Is this a trick to have everyone upgrade to Windows 11? Maybe Upgrade is the wrong word.

minimized window is so far to left I am not able to open. I am able to click at bottom, open 2nd window and then click maximize which is fine but if i want to have 2 windows open I am not able to open minimized window. Thank you for your help.

Never Use Tablet Mode, but If you had the same problem like me where you couldn't put 2 tabs side by side, your looking for the snap feature which is in Multi-tasking in System Settings. Don't really know why this feature was off in the first place .
