Creamy Potato Bake | If You Have This Soup Packet Then Make This - No Oven Eggless Potato Casserole

This very Creamy and cheesy Potato bake dish is so easy to make without an oven too. If you have a Knorr Soup packet or any brand or flavour then you can make it in just a few minutes. Add this side dish to tiffin or party menu too.
Ingredients: (1 cup = 200 ml)
400 Gms (5 medium size) Potatoes, Boiled and sliced
1 (40 gms) Soup Premix Packet - Knorr Mix vegetable soup/Chicken Soup
1 + 1/2 Cup (300 ml) Water
3 Cheese Cubes (75 gms) - Processed Cheese /Any type of your choice
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper Powder
1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Flakes
Butter/Oil for Brush Pan
6 x 6 inches baking pan
Can be baked in Pre-heated oven @180 degrees centigrade for 10 to 15 minutes.
Bake in Vessel for 20 minutes over the gas stove on medium flame.

I hope the soup prepared was thick enough, if it is more wet, you can bake it for little more longer time.
