Chicken Potato Chops | How to Make Chicken Mince Potato Chops | Aloo Kheema ka Kabab | Potato Snacks

This is a very delicious starter or side dish for most Christians homes. Chicken mince is well spiced and the potato covering too has added flavour to make it an utmost delicious snack. Goan Potato Chops are all time favorite & I'm sure you will like this recipe too
Ingredients: (1 cup = 200 ml)
Chicken Mince Filling
2 Tbsp Oil
2 Medium Size (150 gms) Onions- finely chopped
1 Inch Ginger- finely chopped
3 Green Chilies - finely chopped
8 Cloves of Garlic - finely chopped
250 Gms Chicken Mince
½ Tsp Turmeric /Haldi Powder
½ Tsp Jeera/Cumin Powder
¾ Tsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt As per Taste
Pinch of Sugar
Juice of ½ Lemon
1 Tsp Kasturi Methi - crushed
2 Tbsp Each of Fresh Coriander & Mint Leaves
Potato Coating:
5 Large (600 gms) Potatoes- boiled & grated
½ Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Fresh Coriander leaves-finely chopped
Juice of ½ Lemon
1 Whole Egg + Pinch of Salt
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
Oil for shallow frying + Greasing hands

Please tell me if the potatoes are cooked in a cooker for how many whistles do I cook it. And on high or low flame?

I have boiled the potatoes in the cooker on high flame for 5 whistle and then left it that way till all the steam was released.

Try and use old potatoes, it won't become sticky or soggy. Or add some bread crumbs into the potato mix if its too soggy
