@@jonlinin9682 that is untrue , if you cross several safe states on the way to the UK you are not searching for asylum anymore. Asylum must be applied for in the first safe country ie. Sunak is perfectly right

The current Western political leaders seem really bad and dangerous about human rights and the dignity and safety of human beings.
As opposed to the developing countries leaders who often look more like dictators than representatives...? I don't think we realise just how lucky we are to be born in an age of democracy (and to be the beneficiaries of it, I presume you live in a democracy as you have access to UA-cam).
