Idk when you lived there, but I lived there for 38 years before moving to Northern California two years ago, and it was almost every day when I lived in LA. Almost got hit by 1 while driving a car, another time while on a bicycle.
These are high speed felony related incidents broadcast on TV.. When I lived in LA in the 1960s, 70s and 80s it wasn't happening. Seems to have started in late 1990s.@@Sandi-ke9mi
What really kills me is that there were SEVERAL vehicles that blocked the path of the stolen vehicle but they conveniently moved out of the way. It’s like they didn’t see that the vehicle wasn’t pulling over and that there are police vehicles chasing them. It’s more like, not my problem, get out of here. But, yeah, I forgot. These guys are defund the police. So they wouldn’t help at all. No sense of community.
I for one do support officers and blocked a vehicle in pursuit. The guy rammed me and damaged my car, but the guy cant pay out, the insurance jacked up my rates, says i did it willingly of my own volition. The city and police dept just padded me on my back. Do you wanna give me money for a new car ? I cant afford to fix it or repair, not to mention i put my life out there, i dont know if he had a gun or not. Can you do the same and put your car and life in danger ?
Of course this is mostly satire, but would you do the same ? Risk your life and car ? Might not even get a dime from any one to buy a new car ? Car insurance isnt going to pay out nor Medical. Not everyone is going to get a gofundme campaign for a new car like the mr tire guy from last month. Law enforcment always ask people not to be vigilantes for a good reason.
@@JUSTANOTHERLIFE Yes, there is that but there is also servicing your community. But, it just maybe that I’m old fashioned and just showing my age. I seriously doubt LA has a sense of community. It’s dog eats dog and everyone is wearing milk bone underwear there. They are more than likely to pull out their smartphones and record the event for likes. Then later, comment and laugh about later.
So glad another irresponsible criminal who made bad choices and tried to avoid accountability and responsibility is arrested!! great job by law enforcement!!
Who ever is doing this, if they did the same thing a Year ago, and had gotten put into Prison for 5 Years, they would not be doing this again and wasting time and effort of everyone involved until FOUR MORE YEARS LATER, about year 2028!
It’s crazy how many days in a row I’m catching the pursuits that are happening daily. Here in Bakersfield it’s not as frequent but it’s getting there
That was insane its a good thing they caught him
the other guy actually sat down on the bench lmfao

Don't worry LA folks. He'll be back on the streets tomorrow. You get what you vote for...

Look at all the lives he endangered by his reckless driving and extreme speed !
Best play-by-play announcing of a chase!! 🙏
The difference between a Florida pursuit and a California one is about two hours
All the years I once lived in LA we never had this. Now it seems to be an everyday occurrence. I wonder why?

I grew up watching chases on t.v. after school. I call b.s.

The best anouncer ever...
I saw where the passenger went, he blended in as a regular bystander sitting on the bench next to another person.
Why do pursuit suspects turn on their hazard lights during the pursuit? That has always confused me.
He will most definitely be on that sheriffs bus 😂
I saw that live 😂

Boy, people don't move out of the way at all out there, do they

Dude trying to get rid of his clothes so he won't get recognized right on top of the police helicopters night sun... 43:57 😂😂😂
That is a Mercedes GLC being chased by. Ford Explorer patrol. The GLC is smaller than the Explorer it is a compact luxury suv.
Who asked you this ?? 😂😂😂😂
I think it’s an older model. More like a 2014 or older Mercedes GLK350.

They know that usually all they have to do is drive into oncoming traffic and a lot of times they get away.
