Agricultural lands are turning into businesses and subdivisions, and people are complaining about why rice is expensive without realizing that the rice fields are getting smaller and smaller.

If I can’t have ownership of what I invest into, then I won’t do it, I’ll find another country to invest into that will give me full ownership.
