I started whitening my teeth when I watched your throwback video on teeth whitening. I switch to crest whitening strips because I didn't have a tray from my doctors office. I'm obsessed with keeping my teeth white. I also use crest densify toothpaste to maintain my white teeth. Love it. It makes a big difference in pictures, videos, even on no makeup days. That smile is your best accessory 😃 best investment anyone could do.

Mena!!! Thank you for this video! I’ve shared this information to my peeps and WOW what a difference special attention to your teeth make. I’ve always had great teeth but as I got older, the yellow was not attractive. Whiter teeth adds youth to your look and I’m enjoying the new elevated look!!

I love to floss. I don't get how some people don't floss at all especially after eating meat. But I do have trays from my dentist and whitening tubes. I didn't know Amazon had some as well I will look into those. I use arm and hammer toothpaste and it's so good. I'm gonna try that mouthwash. Listerine is what I'd usually use. Great and informative video as usual

Hi Mena. I use Crest white strips. For toothpaste I love Arm & Hammer Advanced Whitening toothpaste. It’s really good. Sometimes I will go natural and use coconut oil mixed with baking soda and peroxide.

This is right on time baking soda used to do the job but it’s not cutting it . I was about to catch a flight to get it whiten but I’m willing to try this because it’s making me low key super conscious and my teeth use to be very white .Wasted $225 at the dentist office never again .

I bought those universal trays and they just don't work for me. I was also salivating a lot when I use the gel and I was scared that I was going to swallow it. Now I use the colgate overnight witening pen and it's working slowly but surely. I made a video the other day and my smile was so pretty! Thanks Mena

@@priscillabrantuo511 at first I did 15 minutes but I make sure I Vaseline my Gums down so that they won’t burn, I leave them on for 2 hours now.🤦🏽♀️
Wow what a difference when you use aquaphor or Vaseline as a base to protect your gums prior to treatment. Thank you sis, this just saved me a lot of pain and discomfort ❤

Beautiful❤❤❤❤ Another natural way is to put baking soda on your toothbrush, then your toothpaste. I also use clear whitening mouthwash. My dentist said any colored mouthwash can stain my teeth.
Same. I use OralB wash. It's clear, nasty, & strong. I love it. I truly believe it can slay any halitosis.
Yeah, you’re right…your teeth made me realize again that mine ain’t sparkling like they need to be. I’ve tried all of the mouthwashes suggested on social media…but I’ve found that CloSYS mouthwash works best for me. So, I may not have sparkling teeth…the breath will be right. Lol! I do need to try this whitening tho’.

How do you like the gel?
@@soposh5671 the gel works very well. I would say if ur starting out, start at like 15%. It’s very strong and will burn ur gums, you will see little white spots on ur gum if it burns. It will also make ur teeth sensitive so I use a sensitive toothpaste afterwards
