    Personally, I love the idea of living in a tiny home. However, I would NOT want to live in a "tiny house community."
    You pay an EXHORBITANT amount per square foot for the house, you don't own the land your home is on (and therefore have to pay RENT to park your home there), AND you have to kowtow to the rules and regulations of an HOA? No thanks. That just sounds like a really expensive way of living in a trailer park, imo. And that's fine for folks who like that idea, but that's not my idea of the American dream.
    If I ever live in a tiny home, it will be on a patch of land out in the boonies where I can have a garden and an orchard and keep chickens. That's my idea of heaven.

    I’d rather put a tiny home on my own land. No renting land, no not knowing if my neighbors will be decent people, no HOA fees….
