Pulling the actual allnighter is ez af but it's when the morning comes that it gets really hard. Whenever I pull an allnighter I start feeling like shit at like 1 or 2 pm. Then I fall asleep at like 3 pm and wake up at 8 or 9 pm the same evening. And then my sleep schedule is messed up once again and I feel like shit. Happens like 2 times a week lol.
@@manupatel9981 It doesn't affect your health at all if you only pull one all nighter. It's totally fine to pull an all nighter now and then to reset ur sleep schedule, the biggest problem is actually going through with it tho lol, it's hard af to stay awake for that long.

Before anyone attempting this - When we didn’t sleep for long time our body release high level of cortisol (stress hormone) and Adrenaline to keep us awake.when you try to pull out all nighter u will fell energetic around 4-5PM and again around 11-12 midnight.So,Keeping that is mind if u are going for all nighter,go to bed around 11 PM (not even a minute later and try to relax your body).Force alarm at 7-8 AM. Few more points - 1.Dont have caffeine 2.Dont eat anything for 16 hr. ( If u wanna wake up at 7 AM don't eat anything after 2 PM) Good luck 👍

I kept waking up at 2-3 pm so I tried this and fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow around midnight the next day and I woke up at 11am, but since then I’ve been going to sleep around 1-2am and waking up at 9-11am so I would say it worked for me

the best way too fix a sleep schedule in my experience during covid was exercise twice that day which one would be a run and strength or you can jog in the morning and run at night closest too sleep time. take a cold shower and bam you will fix the sleep schedule in no time
