Ever since then I can’t go over my sleep schedule otherwise I’ll struggle to sleep the entire night (11pm). There’s been many cases where I’ve not slept for like 3 days straight. It was terrible, yet I was used to it. So every time I don’t sleep it doesn’t seem to bother me, tho then and there I’ll be very drowsy but yet still being able to function properly as if I got sleep. It’s very hard honestly. A little story for you guys. I didn’t sleep on my 13th birthday, 13TH! My eyes were very puffy and all I did was cry all day, I can officially say IT WAS THE WORST BIRTHDAY EVER! Not to make matters worse I had school the next day and guess what.... I didn’t sleep another day, tho luckily I got to stay home and I ended up sleeping. I’m scared to pull an all nighter just in case something like this happens again.
