THE BINDING OF ISAAC REBIRTH
When Isaac’s mother starts hearing the voice of God demanding a sacrifice be made to prove her faith, Isaac escapes into the basement facing droves of deranged enemies, lost brothers and sisters, his fears, and eventually his mother. The Binding of Isaac is a randomly generated action RPG shooter with heavy Rogue-like elements. Following Isaac on his journey players will find bizarre treasures that change Isaac’s form giving him super-human abilities and enabling him to fight off droves of mysterious creatures, discover secrets and fight his way to safety.

She turned it off as soon she saw isaacs mom grab the knife in the opening.
I bought this game for myself one day and heard the opening, It brought back memories and now I can say I have nostalgia with this game even though I've never played the original.

I think I broke this game. Got the cat transformation, 4 followers, blue baby, spawning blue flies, spawning blue spiders, eternal life, 9 lives, the error room, and the underworld zone on my first run.and 3 characters unlocked. Wish I could've recorded it, at least I have screenshots.

Yeah, but, The funny part was I didn't have to attack, just had to walk into the room and watch my army attack, and bosses died in seconds if I decided to attack.

Try out the seed BASE MENT. It makes you have to play the first two floors of the game over and over again but you still get the items. When you play it for an hour or two it becomes the most glitchy shit.

Isaac is literally leaving Guppy's head to Guppy (witch in case you didn't know is his [dead] pet cat) that's pretty morbid, not to mention depressing. ;(

the locked room is called a dare room. it has chest, but you have to fight for them. you unlock them by lighting up the map in the top right corner.
