I achieved Golden God on the original Binding of Isaac and Platinum God on the Wrath of the Lamb DLC, so I'm excited to play Rebirth! You may have seen a trailer or teaser, but this playthrough will feature every character and multiple endings! THE BINDING OF ISAAC REBIRTH
When Isaac’s mother starts hearing the voice of God demanding a sacrifice be made to prove her faith, Isaac escapes into the basement facing droves of deranged enemies, lost brothers and sisters, his fears, and eventually his mother. The Binding of Isaac is a randomly generated action RPG shooter with heavy Rogue-like elements. Following Isaac on his journey players will find bizarre treasures that change Isaac’s form giving him super-human abilities and enabling him to fight off droves of mysterious creatures, discover secrets and fight his way to safety.

You skipped dark bum?! he takes normal red hearts and turns them into soul or dark hearts. Dark bum is the other thing in the first devil room.

Mom's perfume gives you a chance to fire a ''frightening shot'' that scares your enemies and they run away from you. It indicates that by the enemies being purple. That's one of the new functions.
The Broken Watch has a chance (while entering a room with enemies) to slow them down or speed them up. The snail indicates the slowing effect.

Has anyone found the name of the item yet that increases/decreases game speed based soley on wether you're moving and how fast lol

Oksana Gunkina Broken watch has a chance to slow/speedup enemies in a room it isnt based on walking speed like the clip ed showed on his rebirth update page
That's kinda fucked up if you think of it from the perspective that Issac (or cain) might have a fear response to his mom's scent
32:22 there is a built in anti-stuck mechanic, well sort of, if you open the menu and exit the game, you can resume that same game from the start menu. It will place you at the entrance of the room you were in when you left the game.
At 38:39 when he says that he has unlocked 2 characters the headless makes a trail of blood that forms a number 2

The clock imitates where you should already be for an awesome ''treat'' at the end when you kill Mom. Tell me if you want me to describe the ''treat'' :)

KIAMIAKA The ''treat'' is when you kill Mom faster than 20 minutes you will be able to see a hole in one of the walls where you defeated Mom. If you go through the hole you can see 4 random items. You can take only 1 of them and when you take them you have to battle most of the old bosses. I think it's called a boss rush. And boss rush has to be done for each character, because they give achievements.

Zack!! The first deal with the devil you had and the other item in there that you didn't take is one of the most op items in the game! The item is called Dark bum. It takes red hearts and converts them to soul hearts! 1 red heart = 1 soul heart ! You should have taken him!!!

after you kill mom you unlock the womb, then you kill mom's heart and unlock the sheol and the cathedral I belive

Y'kno i went back to WOTL for one last run. I decided to make it the most unfair run possible with spidermod. And instead of going to sheol when i went in the trapdoor i was sent to the cathedral. And i hadn't gone to sheol in that profile yet. So it was a bit crazy. So after my combination of all that is unholy in the binding of isaac I beat isaac into a pulp and won.

+mcm730 It's not exactly the best power-up. It doesn't really give you much of a chance to do much. At least from what I've experienced. In my opinion, Dead Cat could be more useful for more skilled players.
+Dizzira Blackrose If you collect all of the cat parts you unlock Guppy form, once you buff up your health bar after its an extremely useful form. You don't even have to keep the cat power ups, just pick them up once.
