I love mine, its the best UST on the market and you've gotta get your hands on their new Awol Thunderbeat Surround Sound System that comes out mid October
I've thought about creating a small home theater experience for a long time in a home (or small building I would build) to show movies. The whole point is to beat the commercial cinemas in town for quality. But I just don't know if the market's there.
Any thoughts for the sister company of AWOL that goes under the name Valerion? Getting some kind of big deal online with the vision master pro projector line 😮
Like I mentioned in the video, if you’re using the floor-rising screen, it’s not a HUGE difference to warrant the price. Although you do have much more control over making the picture quality as best as it can be in your room with the 3500 Pro. 🤷♂️
Thanks @@ealanosborne With the 2500 the picture is detailed however I am trying to get the colors to be darker, especially with movie border which can appear more grey than jet black in appearance I have a fixed 120 screen but it's not ALR so it seems to struggle a little with natural light even with shades. Would ALR screen help? I have heard ALR reduces the viewing angle.
Does it flicker like LG’s projectors & others? I noticed even if they don’t use color wheels some do which is crazy! And I must avoid it along with active 3D (along with other tech stuff that flicker) because I do notice it..
Only rainbow effects I saw were when I was up close, but none when sitting from my listening position. And no laser speckles that I could tell…although perhaps over time they might manifest? 🤷♂️
Those blacks are so washed out, even compared to a LS12000, the epson would win me over anyday. If your ok with washed out blacks and only like bright colors then probably good
Dude, are you watching the same video review as everyone else? The blacks are low, he was playing 3D format that washed out all the colors, it supposed to. AWOL has beat Epson in every competition they have been in together.

I've been set on a future Espon projector like the LS12000, but I might need to pay attention to UST projectors now.
They’re definitely getting better!

Yo Ealan😊
Ayyyyy! 🤘
I would love a retractable wall mounted Awol acustically retractable screen from them. The projector looks great but sadly out of my price range 😢

I imagine it’s even better tech inside that’s been updated, being a newer line of products. 🤷♂️ They seem pretty dope.
Thanks
You’re welcome, Craig!
Is the difference significant between the 3500 pro and the model 2500 to warrant the price difference?

I mean I guess don’t take my word for it 100%, but I didn’t notice any flickering. 🤷♂️
Any rainbow effects or laser speckles
