- The barriers installed to keep sex workers off Capp Street in San Francisco's Mission District did their job. However, all the cars parked behind the barriers are now the problem for residents and first responders.

Put up a sign, skip the tickets and go directly to tow. It will be solved quickly.
32 years ago, I lived on Capp street…. What have you done to my street since I’ve been gone? SF was a lovely place to grow up and it’s been ruined by politicians.
it was ruined by the people who moved onto capp st 32 years ago. they never connected with the neighborhood, just kept calling the cops on them. the working is more a part of the community then them.

why do you need to get through ?? you know where the emergency address is, so enter trough the north side of the block ....simple as that . those vehicles are preventing the criminals from knocking the barriers down all the time.
