Some judges will not allow a defendant or plaintiff / witness to sit slouching back and disrespecting court etiquette. A lot of judges are strict about that attitudish behavior , and will hold you in contempt. I thought this judge was gonna be better. This is sad all the way around.

Cameras will drastically increase during our lifetime so lying about something that we can all see for ourselves is pointless.
