I’m just now hearing about this case and just now watching this and it sounds like a clear case of self defense to me. Just watching his overall demeanor and mannerisms he seems like a very humble guy and was in fear of his life.
This is a tactic their using regularly committing these types of crimes on a daily. So please if you’ve experienced this “Trust no One.” The play mind manipulation tricks on people and use drugs at the same time to make you think you’re the crazy one. So please be safe and stay ready and aware out there🙏🏽.
He’s definitely telling the truth. Been there in similar situation of someone trying to rob me and the mom crying bc she knew but wouldn’t say and it ends up backfiring on them and hurt me in the same time. Hopefully he appeals this.
What pisses me off about his testimony is that he acts as if he was the only one that night who was lucid and thinking clearly even though he was also partaking in the drugs. All these strange things he speaks of…his uncle, silence in the house, people asking him questions he does not like but he doesn’t contribute any of his uneasiness and perceived threats to the meth. Sounds like drug induced paranoia.
It does but u have to remember this his truth on and off drugs. With that being said when he says stuff like "I found that weird" it's for the cross to ask or the judge to find out out all that he did when he perceived something as weird. , due to him being under the influence as well as mentally ill today from the trauma.
He realized that he was deep in trouble the moment he got punked for his phone. Sounds like Self Defense to me! Case Closed! The only thing he is really guilty of is associating with and keeping himself in bad company. It's always better to surround yourself with people that genuinely care about your wellbeing, because just being in bad company can make any seemingly innocent situation go LEFT real quickly with dire consequences!

@@atlantik770 like they say a person that tries to be there own lawyer has a fool for a client I believe he defend himself
@@Timmy-i5v accepted, but is this really a good idea?
@@Timmy-i5v you’re sitting here talking about a man who had the balls to defend himself and, calling him a fool yet, you don’t know the difference between their, they’re, and there!…ohhhh the irony of it all. 😂😂😂
I believe he is not guilty alone. There were other people in the house and this sounds like he is the fall guy. All this don't matter because the Judge is going to convict him. He had no chance of getting a fair trial. It makes it worse because he didn't have a lawyer. Whether you speed it up or slowed it down he is not guilty alone.
I think he’s telling the truth, I’m not sure it was smart to do a bench trial and a lawyer would of defiantly helped his situation.
definitely = absolutely sure ✅
defiantly = rebellious ❌
Damn, dude seems like good ppl. I wonder who convinced him to go up in them ppl court and try and represent himself. Was this a jury or judge trial? I’m gonna have to go check this case out.
@@dwynne1220 judge trial
He looks sincere and also traumatized by the whole incident. Looks like a manslaughter. Of course he could also be a brilliant actor/manipulator.
I haven’t even heard the entire story and my heart goes out to this man. God please keep him covered 🙏🏾
I belive him ive watched the whole trial his story makes more sense
Whoever is putting up these videos, of all of this guy's recollection of what took place, "I could have shot more" ? Where did he even say that? Why don't you put your two cents in ?
This sounds like a setup, a really weird setup. He should have left after he used the bathroom.
I believe Slim. I’ve been in that type of situation before. These women definitely be setting up guys these days
Facts!!!!
Always blame the woman
I believe it too
Jezebel’s - demons, if you could see under the mask you’d run
Wow him telling this story is chilling....gotta watch out for the devil man smh
He telling the truth just wish he had a good lawyer and then he took the stand hopefully the judge don’t railroad him they set him up
Good grief, I was falling asleep after the first 5 minutes. I take my hat off to the judge and jury for their patience & wisdom.
No jury thank goodness. It’s a bench trial/ I feel terrible for the judge and the DA
Can we get a refund for the tax money that was used for this though 😂😂😂
lol right!! I saw a comment that said speed it up so that what I did and it’s still hard to watch
Yeah they can’t even up the speed 🥴 😴 💤🥱 💤
Go clean your house karen and take your meds 💊 🙄 💊
I really hope this man gets a good lawyer for his appeal. I believe him.
And I'd rather sit listen while he thinks it out for over an hour than sit listening to his eulogy for 15mins. Damn! 🙏💖
They tried to rob him - They are meth heads he had to defend himself
They straight sold this man
He telling the truth
When he said he shot 3x. The expression he made tells he didn’t want to do that an was like damnnn
A man that represents himself has a fool for a client 😂
I agree , but this guy told the truth
They said the same thing about Ted and he ended up on Death Row
I pray you never know how true this is
If you’re frustrated at how slow he’s telling and recalling the truth FO TO YOUR SETTINGS AND FAST FORWARD GENIUS 🙄
Is he representing himself ?!
Yup
I’m just now hearing about this case and just now watching this and it sounds like a clear case of self defense to me. Just watching his overall demeanor and mannerisms he seems like a very humble guy and was in fear of his life.
Long story short... this is the short version?
Lmao 😂
He is only pausing now because he is realizing what happened to him
Why is the prosecution not asking question??
Because he is testifying himself and he is his own lawyer. It’s also a bench trial! The judge decides his fate.
He wants defendant to ramble on and dig his own grave
Yes bench and no jury
Its a good thing no jury. They would be hating this and sleeping.
@@Gle7799well looking like he did the opposite. If u think this is all a lie I need you to go look in the mirror right now.
Lord, I was born a ramblin’ man, tryin’ to tell a story and doin’ the worst I can. 🎵🎶
You win the internet 😅
😅😅😅
I hope he gets free of this and does not have any future trauma from this occasion!
This is a sad situation. Nothing but a setup
This is definitely self defense
💯
This is a tactic their using regularly committing these types of crimes on a daily. So please if you’ve experienced this “Trust no One.” The play mind manipulation tricks on people and use drugs at the same time to make you think you’re the crazy one. So please be safe and stay ready and aware out there🙏🏽.
This is true. It's ssd
He’s definitely telling the truth. Been there in similar situation of someone trying to rob me and the mom crying bc she knew but wouldn’t say and it ends up backfiring on them and hurt me in the same time. Hopefully he appeals this.
Sounds like he mixed with shady people. If you lay down with dogs you wake up with fleas.
1.75 speed is required ! Lol
Does anyone knows when the case will be back
Guilty, and he received a sentence of 21 years to life.
he was crazy jealous n paranoid, thinking too hard, nobody worried about him.
I dont know, not giving the phone back sounds crazy
@@DedHedZedexactly like he said he think dude was feeling him out to see what type of reaction he was giving
It’s like he’s making it up as he goes
Did you even watch the video 😂
Right!@@fr5229
Do you think he will remember all he said if it's only liars he just made up! I don't think so!
@@fr5229 What Video??? I just started watching this trial
