Holy crap. 8 years ago. I cannot believe its been this long. I first watched this when I turned 8 and it made me want to go 100% the game myself (which little 8 year old me did!) I absolutely loved this and watched it so many times. Now here we are again, I'm a junior in high school playing along with her again. Funny how that works, isn't it?

You're the most pleasant LPer out there. I watch alot of LPs and most of the gamers swear alot, or say things that are very offensive to certain people (women aand gay people most frequently). It doesn't ruin the LPs but it does lessen it. I like that you don't do that, and yet are entertaining, informative and experienced. It's a good mix. Also, you're one of only two LPers I know who is female. More women in gaming for the win!!
My team is either daisy, for the same reasons you choose her, and yoshi. Very nice combos those two, if you get the hearts, you can pick up stars or bombs his eggs drop off; or toad and bowser jr. Very light but very quick and the bowser shell just makes up for the weight difference and is one hell of an item as well as the golden mushroom
For some reason, Baby Luigi at last place in that first race was hilarious. He looked like really sad or something lol. This may the only Mario Kart that I've literally never played. Not even once. But it looks good. Good (and unique) choice of LP. Woah... you were lapping people on that Baby Park race. Nice. Photo finish at the end there! Awesome video!
Luigi is the way to go no matter what. I normally use baby Luigi however I'm still showin' the same love :P Anyways great first part I'm gonna make sure I watch these videos cause I got too far behind on Galaxy but I got far behind on everyone's LP's so I think I'm waiting for everyone's new projects so I can pay attention to those :P
I love mario kart double dash i've been wanting to play it for so long but i sold my copy about a year ago like a dumbass. I think this game is more fum then mario kart wii. Because the item system in mkw is so broken it makes the game so unfair. Of corse this one isn't perfect but it's alot better then mario kart wii.

Donna let me school you a little lol Red shells dont home-in when thrown backwards Its not a shortcut on isle DElfino but its so you can get a double ? box You can dodge red shells by drifting and as soon as you see it coming you use the drift boost and itll go right past you FYI ive actually dodged a spiny blue shell by doing that but you need some extreme precision for it lol Not being a meanie but i just wanna tell you some pro hints but your awesome tho id probably lost to you lol.
Any chance you've played Mario Kart DS? I feel that the desert level in that one is easily worse than any of the others. And that train was my best friend in MK64. He was very friendly to me. You can also activate the drift at the right time. It'll glitch and the shell will get destroyed, and it's true cause I've done it myself. >.> It's easier to save your bananas or at least chain them up at the item boxes, or just use the environment to kill the shell.

This is the best Mario Kart ever, great choice! Mario Kart Wii is good, but the battle mode isn't as good, and this game has better courses in my opinion. I used to play this game all the time with my brother and sister as Baby Luigi and Toad, and I would always win!

Wow! Those hearts sure were useful! I always just used Yoshi and Mario because I thought the fireballs and eggs were the best defensive and offensive items respectably.
I really hate it when people say "not interested in the Lp, see you next time." the thing is about lets players your not supposed to be more interested in the game, you supposed to be interested in the commentary more than the gameplay but the games are important :D

oh and also the blue shells work that way, but heres a fun thing someone uses a blue shell, it will go after the person in first place, if the person in first place has already past the finish line, it will go after the person in second place, and so on.
