I've been using a rolling pin on my legs hips bum... Do it 5 minutes before I take a run and for 5 minutes afterwards then I'll stretch. It's working brilliant and can buy almost anywhere. However, the one you are showing looks great too and a lot more effective for the hard to reach places, especially if you have poor flexibility. As always great vids, guys!

Do you roll hard towards your heart, or can you roll hard both ways ? I read you should not roll hard away from your heart when doing your legs, arms, or any area....
