- Took my GSX-R1000R for a Trackday in Cadwell Park. Mad, mad track!! Mrs G behaved quite well 😄 but I didn't and almost stacked it 🤣 360 view of my near crash, enjoy!
Turns up with a road bike and number plate, no tyre warmers just him and the bike. No entourage or track mechanics. Destroys everyone.

He can lap everyone with that mercedes van too 😂😁
I can just imagine all the guys at the track thinking "oh look at this squid with his suzuki ecstar replica suit..." and then he goes past them on a bike with mirrors and plates and street tires.

So cool to see that a great champion is still like a passionate amateur going to a trackday, especially without all the material like, tyre heaters , race tyres and so on. He is so simple and nice person.
Makes you realize how good these bike are standard & what a top bloke he seems, genuinely enjoys what he does.

I have one for track. All I did was take the abs off and upgrade the master cylinder. Happily run top end of fast group and it's road legal

Suzuki should make Guinters head of Public Relations for the company cos he's Brilliant👍..how many ex-World Champions load their own Bike then drive to the track & unload..plus Mrs. Guinters & the kids are awesome and you can tell they have grown up with a Bike Mad Racing Da cos they're so laid back at the track when Guinters is riding the Livin S*** outta the Big Suzook...Then you have his funny accent...it makes Guinters sound like he's from France...Birmingham... Liverpool... it's insane & Brilliant at the same time.😀👍. When all this Covid-19 virus Insanity is over I hope Suzuki will send Guinters over here to the U.S. to do some Q&A at Suzuki Dealerships and do some Track days?

How come our man Sylvain here gets to thrash around Caldwell park? I’m very glad for him but the closest I can get to riding my bike at the moment is bringing it out of the garage and warming it up! Lucky fellow.

Just purchased his Shark helmet he designed in Aprilia colours. Carbon Race R Pro. Fantastic lid and so so light. Had the non carbon version for 5 years. Had a job to find a carbon one. It was on eBay, a glass display cabinet in a dealers all these years. I'd love it signed....

Amazing. That slide would have ended in a massive crash for any other rider there that day. Sylvain has lorry loads of skill!
Isn't that kind of slide very common? I mean I experienced it myself several times without crashing, and I'm not particularly skilled. If you cut the throttle on time you're fine in most cases.

I met him at Oulton and he was a gent...... As for you, I think you’re absolutely gorgeous, and Sylvain is a lucky guy to have such a supportive stunning wife, with a wicked sense of humour. I knew you were joking and it was just banter, and it made me laugh out loud. I wish you and your family all the best especially at this difficult time... I wonder if the two charges are to allow for a nasty high side followed by stopping hard without air fence in the gravel trap?
In other words one crash, two significant impacts. I guess GP testing would discover what really happens.
