It's crazy that he can have that strict form and do that many reps and sets and he is strong as fuck, like he will keep that strict form and a slow tempo with heavy as weight it's pretty sick, I can only admagin what he looks like in person

Yo nick. Where I live there are no equipment like you have in your gym. Just old school barbells dumbbells and normal average machines. Can you upload a hamstrings workout with normal compound movement that u could do with limited equipment
That's the first time ive seen someone doing 1 arm barbell rows by gripping the plate.Interesting.I was actually inspired by Shawn Smith to do at least 1 really heavy set of these as a alternative to db rows.Most people dont know how crazy good that stretch in the mid/lower lat is and you can thicken up your lats with this movement.Ive only done this movement once recently after time off.I used 70kgs(154lbs) for 13 reps,at my strongest these would be between 200 and 220lbs for reps.

Three is better otherwise you're becoming a slave to the gym with all of that extra and unnecessary volume. Rest is where the muscle protein synthesis occurs, not in over training. Mike Mentzer taught us all this. We don't need to keep on making the same beginner mistakes when we already have the proven formulie. Thanks
Lol 5 sets is for pre contest when you are trying to burn more energy. One warm up and one all out heavy intense set is all that's needed for each excersise in off season

Lee Priest always had perfect form. But I love Nick he’s my favorite in the game along with Bumstead
