Am I understanding this right? They auto charge you a 10% gratuity over $10 spent? I hate when places do that crap. It should be illegal. When places do that I never go there again no matter how good it is. So your total would've actually only been like $66 or so, which means you technically gave like a $14 tip

I'm only speaking for myself as one Mexican...there's nothing wrong with Mexican influenced places and labeling yourself as a "Mexican Restaurant", but when there is no spice or spice is not an option, that's insulting lol.

Loved Zack’s!! Very good food and my entire family enjoyed! I wish you would’ve tried Wingz and a Prayer also in the Poconos! Absolute AMAZING food and the owner was wonderful! Highly recommend!

That food looked good and so nice to have a day with the family !! And i understand people could have some feelings about the 10% upcharge. But most places only do this when they are near struggling, i try to see it as extra support they need to stay open. I mean, everybody knows prices went up in everything globally. Keep visiting those mom n pop places, the big chains can handle themselves !! ❤
JL You should try Caricom Spices restaurant, They're right across from Great Wolf lodge water park, oxtail,curry goat, jerk salmon, brown stew snapper, jerk chicken lo mein, They have vegan dishes too.

Next time you guys go to the poconos check out Rogue Tacos East Stroudsburg I think they’re a step up from Zacks and they have jalapeños 😂

So they automatically include a 10% charge if you spend $10 or more? Thats crazy. And I bet, with the prices in the Poconos, it woukd be very rare to spend less than $10 especially for a family. That, alone, makes this place less desirable. Even if the food is ok. And its even worst, when the food is just basic

"10% gratuity for orders over $10" is CRIMINAL no matter how you look at it. There is not even TABLE SERVICE. Just raised your prices by 10%...that is the most absurd and illogical reasoning I've ever heard. UNACCEPTABLE but I would happily tip $3-5. Any order over $10 is basically every order WTF....just raise your prices. Owner is dishonest and shady, idc what way you look at it. Nothing justifies that.
