Meanwhile, the streetlights of NLEX from Balagtas, Bulacan to Balintawak, QC looks brighter than before. I think they replaced those streetlights with brighter LED units.

Many of the streetlights along NLEX are not working properly, particularly those lights installed between San Fernando, Pampanga and Balagtas, Bulacan. They should fix those lights to keep the expressway well luminated.
