I’m not pregnant nor do I plan to be pregnant any time soon, but I watched the full video. Love how down to earth and real Sierra is. I’m sure she could afford Storq bc how successful she is (get that bag girl, love to see it) but is real in the sense like this is expensive. Even her skincare routine the other day I watched was just real and affordable items. Keep up the great content and keep being you! ❤
Motherhood is on the slightly more expensive side, but has a ton of cute stuff. I still wear some of the comfy shirts & cardigans I got, five years post-pregnancy.

This exactly. Old Navy does vanity sizing so she can probably size down her usual size. But in general I felt like every single thing she tried on was a size too big
She does have one more trimester to go, so she might be leaving room for the belly to grow! ❤

1:56 “fat people get pregnant too!” So true! I had no idea about the lack of size inclusion for maternity clothes.
Probably because obese people often have fertility issues due to their excess weight and have a significantly harder time getting pregnant in general.
@@Lemonade_Stand_ not sure what that has to do with my comment. Over half the women in the US are plus sized so over half the maternity options should be in this sizes too.
@@kookykiddo the US isnt the only country in the world. Also just because half the population is overweight doesnt mean it's healthy or should be encouraged.

@@Lemonade_Stand_ew no. Read the room. You’re on a plus size creators video. I know plenty of people (myself included) who are plus size and had no problems getting pregnant. Also, people can be skinny and considered healthy and have fertility issues.
I found this channel when I was looking for sites for larger women fashion. This channel is much more than that. It has women of different shapes and sizes and the issues each of them face when it comes to finding clothing. I love it!
Pro tip, not pregnant but bought that the Maternity dress that Rachel bought from Pink Blush in white and used it as my wedding dress (with a couple alterations) for my cottage covid wedding. Worked great and I also propose a 4-way photoshoot 😂
24:33 these colours are absolutely gorgeous on you - the green on sierra is so fresh and vibrant, and the purple on rachel is just so dreamy and magical. BEAUTIFUL ❤
If you're looking for a more affordable option, shop your maternity clothes second hand. Since they aren't worn for very long you can still get some high quality gently used items at a fraction of the cost and it's easier on your wallet for only getting a few wears out of them too. I'm down for getting a few staples or personal style pieces new. But at least the basics, get second hand.

I feel like getting a fabric tape measure help with ordering the right size should be something to look into for future try on videos. It helps me a ton to find my size between store sizes

Also my local Old Navy has a rack of maternity returns for 75% off since they are online returns. The sales were final so try them on in store.
Anyone else find it kinda interesting that they keep saying the Storq stuff is so expensive while the pants that Sierra sells on her own website are also $75? The Storq ones are even made to be worn during both pregnancy, post partum and after, whereas her pants aren't. I love watching these videos, and I'm definitely not saying the price for her own pants isn't justified since I know how much work she put into those, it's just interesting compared to their opinions in this video.

The Old Navy by me has a small section of Maternity Returns. All are heavily marked down because they are returned items but most things are in perfect condition. I bought 4 pairs of maternity pants the other day under $40.
I was coming to make this comment. I bought plenty of stuff in the clearance section of old navy when I was pregnant, including maternity overall shorts for $10 and overall pants for $15. Wore them more than anything else
I'm just saying, try old navy's maternity panties. I'm old and way past having kids but I thought hmmmm...maternity panties are the same as regular but with a wider belly panel. Loved them!!! Covers the belly nicely with a light support. Don't knock it until you try it!!

i'm playing final fantasy XIV with my little sister while we wait for her water to break lol. she's a week past her due date and is just trying to have any kind of distraction right now.
she feels your sentiment on the ON maternity, though. She's typically a size 22 at ON, and i've literally been loaning her MY clothes (as a size 26-28/4X person) because they don't carry anything big enough for her in the maternity section. Like I get that the plus size area is a possibility, but people shouldn't have to do that when companies could just...match the size range for their maternity lines. Also kinda makes me wonder how hard of a time I would have finding clothing if I ever got pregnant - I'd probably just sew my own dresses and stuff at that point, because i likely couldn't shop at any commercial retailer.
As for the actual clothes though: I LOVED Rachel's first outfit. Sucks that the jeans didn't feel good for her, because they look so good on her. The purple dress she had, as well as your green one Sierra, were GORGEOUS and looked amazing on both of you. I prefer Rachel's, just because i'm a maxi dress person, but they're nice in their own ways. I adore the last dress Rachel tried on, too. So cute and versatile for a wide range of situations. Amazing job on the video as always.

33 weeks pregnant myself and the maternity clothes struggle is REAL. There is also nowhere by me to try in-person other than a teeny tiny section at Target. And I live in a huge metro area in the Northeast U.S.! I basically just order massive online orders, with multiple sizes for each item, and then return everything that doesn’t work (aka 90% of the stuff). I got my baby shower dress from PinkBlush. Their bodycon style dresses are rough with sizing. I would normally be a Medium and I barely squeezed into an XL of the dress for my shower. Looked amazing but it was snug!

Late to the video and i want to echo what a few people have said... always check old navy clearance sections. There are always heavily discounted items there. I found some overall shorts for $10 and plenty of pants at a bargain. Ranging from $5 - $20.
I like the low panal maternity jeans for the first half of pregnancy and postpartum. But the high panel maternity jeans definitely in the third trimester.

I tried to wear my regular clothes to work as long as I could when I was pregnant. I wore a brown outfit and looked like a turkey! Worth it to buy the dress/skort even for 12 weeks.

I agree with you, the sage, green dress make your breasts look sort of floppy and not a great fit. Everything else looked wonderful on you, but that sage green dress is a big no.😊

Prices were reasonable and quality (with your minor downsides) are doable for most “middle income” budgets, especially when you know you’ll have more kids in a short space. Congrats to you both on your pregnancies. Can’t wait to see post partum baby follow up.
