Well now I have to try to find some Sri Lanken food to eat. Just a side bar, I watched you guys yesterday with my grand children ages 4 and 6. They didn’t quite get the lava game (thank goodness. Soak okro in water leave it for like 8 hrs and blend some ginger ,cucumber and garlic and add it to the okra water Will help reduce your cholesterol.
