This channel has built up an impressive amount of tutorials, and the decision to get Alibre for professional or private use is a no-brainer. The program is very intuitive but learning the most efficient way by the the people who made it should remove any hesitation.

One of the most useful things in Alibre. When you need it, nothing else will do really.

It is a very nice feature, but can we use it in Assembly mode?

This shape looked like a roller coaster at first and makes me miss the old days with Roller Coaster Tycoon. Why not just make roller coasters with Alibre instead? Apply the same concept but with a 3D spline. Voila!

Whenever I do a revolve, it doesn't seem to like when I choose an edge of a sketch as the revolve axis. It doesn't let me select it. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

You need to make sure that you have you sketches active in the view tab. Or press Ctrl+Shift+K. In the revolve preview the sketch shows in blue because it's selected but it might not be active per se.

Great suggestion from Ex Machina. If you still have issues, feel free to send me your part in question and I'll have a look.
