From a patient perspective, to work on my cognitive function I read daily and do activities such as Duolingo to help strengthen my memory. I also keep a note pad and anything important I need to do, I write it down. I also make sure any appointments I have I put it on my calendar on my phone and computer. I have also found doing yoga to reduce stress has improved my sleep and memory. I hope this helps.
