    Thanks for sharing 🎉🎉but mam I asking u fm last two years about வெண்கலம், பித்தல, ஈயம் பூசிய vessel usages when ever I asked u u r telling we Wil upload but till Date u hv not upload I know ur busy but when one of ur subscriber asking u I think u can take little bit efforts to upload புளி எந்த பாத்திரத்தில் சேர்கலாம் நு doubt it ok mam ur mother must be know how to use it it's ok but ur amma கை பக்குவம் simply great

      My mom always used to make Rasam in eeyam, venkalam my mom used to make sweets, piththalai needs coating of tin before being used for cooking . For shraardham only piththalai items are used for cooking and the ritual. Hope this helps until you get a video from Mami.

      Eeyam vessels or eeyam coated vessels can be used for preparing rasam as well as sambar.vengalam pathram can be used to cook rice,as in vengala paanai.Vengalam can also be used for any recipes that has tamarind and or paruppu,but it should be transferred to another normal vessel after 2 or 3 hours(maximum).Because tamarind and the salt that we add in paruppu preparations will have corrosive action (kacchi pogarthu).Pithala is not generally advised for cooking ,however,they are the best for serving food for religious functions(esp srardham).
