Kidneys are important organs of body and have so many functions primary being; purification of blood and removing toxins from body. It is very important to keep kidneys healthy. Usually kidney disease gets detected at advanced stage and it is very difficult to reverse that. However, if gets detected early and treatment is started on time, it can really help. Therefore, I have talked about 6 early signs of kidney disease. Do not ignore these symptoms and if you face any of these, consult with your doctor and ensure the right diagnosis.

these are exactly my symptoms.... but non of the docs told me that i have kidney issues, they said i have very severe anemia and gave me pills like livogen and calcium pills .

Sayad nei, creatine is safe agar kidney normal he aur tum 3-5 GM's per day le rhe aur enough paani pee rhe, but agar kidney me koi vi problem he then sayad nei lena chahiye, cause kidney pe extra pressure padta hi he creatine lene se, which is completely normal if you are fine but not if your kidney has issues
