Ok, as a Bolognese man natural born, i can say that:
- ragù is the only sauce of Bologna
- everything that end with “bolognese” “spaghetti bolognese, pasta bolognese etc” its a bad copy of ragù 😊
Only PASTA AL RAGÙ exist, everything else is fantasy 😂
