Multiversal Eternity said himself that he cannot fight against the Chaos King since it’ll be like hitting himself, so Chaos King is on par with True Eternity. And Chaos King is just a fraction of Oblivion. Anyone who says he loses knows nothing. Which is apt given he is nothingness.
Yet he’d still lose to the Scarlet King. The Scarlet King is something that has already bested eternity, infinity, oblivion, etc. On an infinite level, repeated over and over. Papa Dragon I’m sorry but that’s where you’re mistaken. There are literally hundreds of SCP’s that could take on Marvels most powerful beings and in most cases win. Also, saying that the entities in the SCP universe are strictly universal is incorrect, along with there being multiverses there are also “pages” of reality (our reality being page 5 for example, with page 6 being on a completely different level with its own multiverses and so on. These then stack infinitely) with many beings traveling through these. Taking the Scarlet King as an example, it is an entity that comes from a higher “page” as well as hopping dimensions and universes only to wipe them out. Don’t get me wrong, I love Marvel and are quite the fan but the power of the Marvel universe just doesn’t compare to the SCP universe.
Actually is has always been referenced that Azathoth dream only extend to a universe, and sometimes a Multiverse. SCP exits on an OMNIVERSAL scale and the king wiped out more then half of the HYPERVERSE at the end of the war for creation. Considered the Scarlet King exists on a MUCH MUCH higher cosmic scale, he manages to defeat Azathoth.

Interesting video, Amatsu Mikaboshi or The Chaos King is one of my main favorite villains who represents bigger threats to the existence inside the Marvel Universe. I would have to say that both are very similar in power, and have astounding power. Chaos King has been stated to be equal to Eternity and even Eternity himself did not want to fight the Chaos King, signifying how strong he is. Meanwhile the Scarlet King is a creation ending being who has the power to absorb gods that range from multiversal to even hyperversal. So in this case, Chaos King is definitely at least Low Outerversal and is almost impossible to kill, since the only way that they manage to stop him was to lock him away inside a pocket dimension.

The problem with scaling chararcters that are this powerful, is that as you said, one charartcer just ends up stompinf the other, making the battle less interesting

the issue is that when you put beings like these up against each other it simply becomes impossible to measure them. it's putting infinity up against infinity. who's stronger? whoever the writers need to be to tell their story.

My problem with the concept of this debate is how the SCP "canon" is very lacking in consistency. Not that Marvel Comics doesn't, but Mikaboshi's feats do all have one continuity. The tales in SCP all represent different universes, which means that (potentially) all universes have their own Scarlet King, with his own feats, thoughts, dreams, etc. The only true "canon" knowledge that we should truly base this battle on is in the SCP documents, and unfortunately there isn't all that much in non-tale literature. The Chaos King has much more concrete, consistent, presentable actions and for that reason I have to give it to Mikaboshi.

We don't actually know if the tickle monster could actually beat him or not. Heck, we don't even know if 682 and 999 are even related to the scarlet king just cause of their sheer size difference. Papa Dragon I’m sorry but that’s where you’re mistaken. There are literally hundreds of SCP’s that could take on Marvels most powerful beings and in most cases win. Also, saying that the entities in the SCP universe are strictly universal is incorrect, along with there being multiverses there are also “pages” of reality (our reality being page 5 for example, with page 6 being on a completely different level with its own multiverses and so on. These then stack infinitely) with many beings traveling through these. Taking the Scarlet King as an example, it is an entity that comes from a higher “page” as well as hopping dimensions and universes only to wipe them out.
Don’t get me wrong, I love Marvel and are quite the fan but the power of the Marvel universe just doesn’t compare to the SCP universe.

I would have to say that both are very similar in power, and have astounding power. My problem with the concept of this debate is how the SCP "canon" is very lacking in consistency. Not that Marvel Comics doesn't, but Mikaboshi's feats do all have one continuity. The tales in SCP all represent different universes, which means that (potentially) all universes have their own Scarlet King, with his own feats, thoughts, dreams, etc. The only true "canon" knowledge that we should truly base this battle on is in the SCP documents, and unfortunately there isn't all that much in non-tale literature. The Chaos King has much more concrete, consistent, presentable actions and for that reason I have to give it to Mikaboshi.
Yeah not to be mean but you do have a point. A lot of Scarlet King's feats are vague and left up to interpretation. Still, it's a neat video none the less.
