4 Police cars, 2 Ambulances, a Fire Engine, 1st Responders performing CPR,, Flashing Lights, Radios Squawking, Karen Read screaming her head off, people screaming at her to
“ Shut the F#@ up”……All happening directly in front of Police Officer Albert’s home & he never comes out to inquire ? Also, all the responding officers knew who’s home it was. Nobody thought to knock on his door & ask..” Hey Brian, sorry to bother you, but there’s a dead guy on your lawn. Did you happen to see or hear anything ? Do you know him ? Was he at your party tonight ?

In the first 5 minutes this poor excuse for a "judge" demonstrates her complete bias. To call a photograph that was taken very recently of those two girls when there had been protestations that all of the other photos were old IS NOT CUMULATIVE. It is evidence of perjury. This woman should be removed from this case.

I have Never seen a Judge make such a Circus out of a Criminal Trial. Everyone knows Photos, Exhibits, etc....are marked as they come into evidence on both sides. The need to re-organize and re- number them all, is time consuming and ridiculous! Hopefully the Defense will be able to Present their Case, it seems the harder they try, the more the prosecutions objections are sustained.
Especially relating to the Perjury Charge against Katie McLaughlin, the Judge continues to stall, and be dismissive. That is a Serious Charge and should be handled accordingly, as soon as possible. The Judge wouldn't do it the day she testified and the defense brought it up either!

Sargent- “oh yes we do it all the time, you see whenever we’re trying to move items from one spot to another without touching it the leafblower really comes in handy, you can really push anything around those things really do a number.”

So Officer Goode shows up at 6:17am (you can see the time in his police cruiser), Officer John O’Keefe was in the ambulance. Then he asked Officer Sarrif what was going on. Officer Serrif updated him on what happened. Next he spoke with Jenn McCabe to get a statement to find out what happened before the girls arrive. Then he interviewed Karen right afterwards. It was very cold outside when he was talking to them and hard to hear when he was interviewing Jen and Karen. So how did the Google search happen at 6:23 and 6:24. No way it took less than 6 minutes for Officer Goode to get statements. I thought Jenn said the girls were in the back of a police vehicle warming up when she made the searches. But Officer Goode said he only put Karen in the back of the police vehicle. Not the other girls. I’d like to see the rest of Officer Goode’s video in the car.
And only 2” of snow and nothing found but blood and a broken drinking glass???? 😮

Yes he was at the party in the house that night. Rumor is he went to work at 1:30 so he could say he was somewhere else. He's definitely involved in the coverup though. Brian Higgins and homeowner Brian Albert communicated by phone around 2:22am. Jen Mccabe Googled "hos long to die in cold" at 2:27am. Plow driver Lucky Louhran saw no body on the lawn at 2 am and will testify to that. Drive by again with the plow at 3:30am and saw a Ford Edge parked suspiciously right where the body was found a few hours later. They never tracked down who's Ford Edge that was. This whole thing is a farce. Karen Read is innocent and they are guilty as sin. And the Feds know.

After the bar and the after party at Alberts, he showed up to the Canton police station @ 1;30am during a blizzard to do what exactly? Does he usually go to his office on Saturdays and at that time? Seems very, very strange and Goode only saw him enter the station, not leave and had no clue what he was doing there. perhaps he was trying to establish a motive that he was not at Alberts house? Maybe O'keefe was already dead at the Alberts when he left? hmmm.....

@@ColinAlbert34 im just saying if she wasnt working that day they wouldn't have been able to coach her right? Lucky break for them huh... I don't know about you, but im not lying on the stand for someone who's less than a best man or bridesmaid at my wedding. I don't know if I would even lie for my own parents or brother, let alone someone I haven't been pictured with outside a party or event for over a year and most photos are from like 5+ years ago and again, barely show any kind of relationship. And again. Caitlyn really has nothing to do with this case anyway. So its really all a stretch and as I've said, she isnt the only one saying those things. She didn't lie. I believe they are friends of friends or acquaintances, which is exactly what she said. Furthermore, you cant even tell me who's profile those pictures come from or what platform even can you? McLaughlin was lying and pretending that she was just an acquaintance She was definitely a friend. She kept making it believe that she wasn’t a friend, but she was at all these events with her so-called acquaintance and a recent picture just a few years ago proves that she is more than just an acquaintance and why can’t you just be truthful? It was just too obvious after all the questioning the defense did how she was trying to cover up her true relationship I’m not the only one who feels this way. This prosecution team & the charges against Karen Read are a joke. The defense hardly objects cuz they know the state is proving the defenses case in an exhaustive effort to cover up the COVER UP…meanwhile, the state objects every 22 seconds when the defense is on cross but IDK if it’s cuz they’re embarrassed and being told on or if there’s an actual legal basis. This judge is no help, she only knows sustained, break time or lunch time…& the heavy signs with this one are another level!!! I’m not gonna lie…the monotone prosecutor is lame, quite boring and not at all captivating. he is putting me to sleep half the time so I can’t blame her for needing coffee for when that fool talks. Keystone Cops come to mind. And still the home owner didn't come out of the house. This is an absolute disgrace of an investigation and a complete embarrassment to the police. They collected evidence in solo cups? I wonder if the lubricant used on those cups could effect the evidence. I worked in a facility who packaged them for market. Everyone used latex gloves during the packaging process. I'm sure it was for hygiene, but I also thought it was to protect their hands from the lubricant. I believe it was a silicone lubricant of some kind. I would think evidence would be placed in a very sterile container or package free of additives of ANY kind.
