- We hear it a lot, "but what about the cords?" And it's true, when you mount your TV to create that streamlined look, the last thing you want it cords dangling below your TV ruining the otherwise sleek presentation.
There's good news: You can quickly hide the TV cords below a mounted TV in less than 20 minutes - and without having to cut into the wall!
1. Simply cut the cable tunnels to the length needed.
2. Slide the include 3M clips into the track on the inside of the cable tunnel.
3. Attach the cable tunnels to the wall guiding your wires through the channel.
It's that easy! If you want your cable tunnel to blend in with your wall. You can paint it to match. Just make sure to let it dry before attaching to the wall.
You can purchase cable tunnels on our site: shop.sanus.com...
Even though it's not super aesthetic, I still prefer that over black cords exposed look. It's also a good way to keep cords safe from cats, etc.
I have been looking for this tip! If you live in an apartment you probably can’t cut into the walls. While this isn’t perfect, it can make your rental look tidier. Thanks!
That smile at the end is everything!😄
He hardly even smiled??? lol
Off topic but, does the door swing open toward the tv?
It does lol
Oh god.
😂😂😂
😂😂😂
Jesus christ imagine swinging that door open not remembering what’s on the other side
You hardly notice it’s there.... NOT!!!
It's like there's nothing there 😂
Very good demonstration
Sorry but thats not a good look. You want to hide the wires but instead you replace it with something more bigger and more noticable
Hey. Love the idea. But what are those clips ? Where could I find them?
just take a picture from them and buy from a store
Great solution for my plaster walls. No way am I going take a grinder and chisel to make a channel in the masonry walls. I can also use this to keep some cross room cables off the floor behind my couch so the robot vac doesn’t get stuck all the time.
Only works if the outlet is directly under the tv?
This is great. The ugly wires is why I still use an entertainment center.
I have this and it even matches the colour of my wall but tbh im thinking of getting rid of it and running cables through wall, it still stands out because its there
Do they stick or do you have to hold them on?
You need to have at least 3-4 kids for this one.. give each one a 3 or 4 hour shift to hold this in place & you should be good to go.
Oh.... make sure they go to the bathroom before each shift..& no one brings food. (Kids..ugh)
@@jade8568_VR tried it but the kids were a eyesore.
Anything in the market to cover the kids ?
@@jade8568_VR 😂😂
Wow thats awesome 👌
Thank you! Cheers!
It is called trunking. I have 1/10th width of this (0.3") for my projector power cable and I just removed it and painted the wall. It was always there, and it was always looking ugly. I don't want to imagine how 10X bigger one like this will look like!!!
Where do u buy these
Thank you 👍🏼
How would u cover the outlet so it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb if u don't have Room for a piece of furniture to do it?
It looked better with the black cable
I dont have this tape , what to do?
Thanks ive got a problem on this wires
Thank you a lot
The whole look is that of an inverted fireplace.
Seams like a great product if you have old plaster walls, for sure.
Where do we get these?
Perfect
How genius.
Those adhesives will strip the paint off the walls!
Telvis L It’s ok. That will be hidden too!
You're not drilling holes, but you're going to remove paint and possible drywall upon removal.
Replace your cables with a gutter pipe !!
Wouldn't it be easier to just paint the cable? lol
it would constantly create a visible shadow
Paint the cable???? Who does that??
This is a great idea but unfortunately we have a chair rail in the middle of our wall
thanks
Wouldnt you want to use a level for straighness?
When you've got a sheet white half pipe running down your beige wall it probably doesn't matter.
There's now more there, this is like staining your carpet and hiding it with a rug
Dude, it virtually disappears!
@@marcvsalius 🤣🤣🤣
great idea...thank you
I'm so scared that the opening door will hit the TV man!
And then you need to find a paint to match to the wall
Paint the wall to match the strip. Paint the TV, too.
You're better off leaving it alone 😂
I really thought he was doing something smh😂😂😂
He did tho, not everyone can put square holes in their walls lmfao
452 dislikes? What did they expect? Bluetooth power cables?😭😭
Who puts their tv on the edge of the wall it should be in the middle of the wall spoiler alert this isn’t even his house!
Genius
Wow. Can't see them at all 😂
Too big for small wires
Where do i get one of those ?
Hi! You can find these on Amazon under SANUS SA304 or on our own website here: shop.sanus.com/en_US/products/accessories/sa304/.
Kathryn @SANUS
I’d still prefer behind the wall hire a local electrician , totally worth it
Well if you rent you can’t really do that now can u
@@gioisvalid6478 uuh, yes you can buddy, I’ve done it twice already
This is terrible
Shit looks terrible
C’est moche
What a cutie!
That looks like shit.
Cringe!
