Great setup Joe, on the hose reel that was bent , I think you should adjust the sprocket on the motor and that should line up your chain perfectly. Might just save you sending it back. Rock on bro 😎

Yeah I recall seeing a video where a guy was pretty pissed that his badass new systems weak point was the tiny hole in the unloader. And drilled it out if I remember. So I'm wondering the same thing. Would there be a better fit? Or is there no difference.

I’m interested in what your going to do with the gas tank. I just bought the same Unit last week. My ONLY complaint is how small the fuel tank is. It gets about two hours run time.
So awesome bro! Thanks for making this great video. On that pump are you still able to do high pressure? I ask because I want to do both pressure washing and soft washing and I know almost nothing at this point.
This is awesome. Great job. Question about grounding the battery to the skid. Does that mean the negative leads from your PW and reels need not be connected to anything since they are grounded to skid.
Hey bro I was watching your video and I don’t know if it’s too late or not but at about 1:55 i’m wondering how long the actual electric motor shaft is and if you can loosen up the grub screws that are holding that gear and push it out a little further so that it lines up with the chain and the other gear. You may have already done this but I thought I would point it out.
Great video and I know this was done awhile ago but I just started following and was wondering the bypass hose you ran from the buffer tank but what did you plug the other opening from the unloaded with? Can I use any type of plug or does it have to have psi rating?
So teach me something , what is the was 6% of bleach just spray on an wash off the vinyl siding? I am trying to find out what is used to spray on an spray off without using a brush like I do... thank you.
Looks great Joe. Maybe get a 2nd marine battery in parallel with the existing battery, as you have reels plus a larger soft wash pump this year so I assume will draw a bit more between charges--your thoughts Sir? Rich
Why not run a cable to the trucks battery and let the truck recharge the battery as you drive. The trucks alternator has a regulator that will monitor the charge of whatever is hooked to it. I have a few enclosed trailers with a 12volt winch operating the rear ramp door. The trailers have a deep cycle battery in them and a wire running through the 7 blade trailer wiring harness to the "always hot" lug in the 7 blade trailer plug on the back of the truck. Also. I got tired of buying batteries for my dump trailer and 70 hp brush chipper etc. and ran a #2 cable from my truck battery, to the back of my truck and have a quick connect "Anderson" 12v electrical connector attached beside my trailer light connector. So...NO battery at all. Batteries don't last as long as they once did. especially is they are not used daily.
My machine finally came today! 🙌 question, is a 5/8 garden hose big enough for the buffer tank to the pressure washer? Also I still have a really bad kick that shakes the entire wood platform where the reel is. It happens everytime I let got of the trigger for a while and starts to build pressure and then shoot again. Can't figure out what that is. Does yours do something similar?
Hi Joe, need your help on this one. So my 200’ 3/8 hose, 1 wire bursted a good ten ft from me. After buying three 50’ hose from home depot and putting all together with quick connects along with a spare 50’ as well, now my downstream injector doesn’t want to draw chem at all. I tried up to 100ft and thats the range that i can shoot chem at now it is frustrating. What kind of injector do you have that draws chem, i think you also have a couple of hoses with quick connects too. Thanks!
@@cleanmaxexteriorpowerwashing interesting. First thing I would do is swap in a new injector. Typically they fail. I run 2 sections 100 feet and 1 section of 50. So 250 total. I currently use a Sud Sucker stainless steel injector. But have had good luck with the GP high draw too
