Good 'ol Trad -- my favorite composer. And so prolific! 🙃
It's a masterpiece composition used in the movie Good Bad and Ugly (probably). You have played it amazingly. Thank you. Keep it up.
"Ruby, Ruby, Ruby, Ruby"!
Great work!
very accomplished picking of triplets
I always look up the music to the tunes you play and give em a go, always inpired by your playing!
THOSE TRIPLETS!!!
I'm speechless 😗👌
love the percussive element of this playing, I've never seen anything like it!
I think you're looking for a different term than percussive.
Dope!
the best version I ever heared - very well done!
Nice form on the picking hand
Wow! You shredded that thing! Nice!
Love it
Brilliant, I see from your earlier videos, you played right handed, I'm left-hand and I couldn't play right handed, your amazing
0:44 lit lick!!! Great playing
Thank you!
Such a talent, no suprise that seh is left handed
She is not. The picture is reversed.
Nice set. 👍
my jaw is on the floor
Pure fire! Now I need to learn it. :P Subbed!
Ohhhh its sooo nice 👌😉
Brilliant that. Nice work.
Wonderful playing!
Very Nice!
Great playing and really impressive triplets there for a mandolin. Also, two of my favorite reels. Loved it!
Wonderful stuff. Looking forward to more!

fire! well done!
Thanks!
🔥 🔥
Mandy , you need to go to the west of Ireland
@@markchristie4231 Would love to someday.
That mandolin has a nice big sound hole. What kind is it?
i don't kno how she does it? i mean i luv her sound... but her mandolin is upside down and backwards :)
The image is backwards. A technical glitch .
U play left handed? Or is the camera lense jus mirrored lol
Edit...k nevermind its mirrored backwards. I see your old videos show you play the usual right handed lol!
is this a mandola being played? Looks too large to be a mandolin and too small to be an octave mandolin, but I've never really seen a mandola be played to know for myself
It's a mandolin
@@rubymaeshiels7494 ah thank you! I suppose the shape's what confused me (I'm used to seeing the ones used in bluegrass which're a bit different)
I don't understand what is attached to the head of the guitar
Likely a tuner
Its the shoulderband that makes her hold the mandolin up
@@ramsdencolimon1775d'addario tuner, yes
You should try...... smiling.
Nice playing Ruby. But thoes slides up to the notes are not Irish and they belong with the Bluegrass tunes.
That’s not quite true. The County Clare style makes use of slides.
Yes. I knew that. It is a fiddle technique. (not flute or concertina for example) and like language a little emphasis can sound quite odd to a native speaker. Honestly, I found it charming. She's such a good player. @@jonathandraper7065
Dude, why be a jerk. It’s great playing.
lovely playing
