Stronger Seniors® is a chair exercise workout program designed to increase strength, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance in older adults. Workouts can be done seated, or standing, or both.
The World Health Organization and the National Institute on Aging recommend 150 minutes per week of moderate exercise for older adults.

Help looking for video, that had DVD 2 pack, first 1, was stretching, the 2nd strength, I want to see the stretching one, had exercises for your head & neck, & the whole body from chair only, anyone know how I can find it ? Ty❤
