Special thanks to Ben Rosario, @naz_elite , and @HOKA_TV @iFITHealth !!
What's up my beautiful people!? This video was from week 8 of marathon training - the fastest I've ever run 12 miles! I decided to drive up to Boston for the weekend to run my long run on the Boston marathon course to switch things up. I've never run the Boston marathon or the course so it was cool to experience that way. I spent last week in Flagstaff training with the team so that video is coming next.. stay tuned! Let's get it, let's go!

Lex, the videography on this video is amazing. So cool to see your progress throughout the years filming, these are like mini movies with their level of production!
I've run this course 6 times and after having a couple bad races I've learned that you gotta take that first half slower. It's so easy to go fast through Wellesley but the real stuff is 14-21. If you've burned too hard early, you will suffer in the Newton hills. The last 5 miles are fast and net downhill. That is the place to pick up lots of time and also mentally it feels good to be running strong when you take that right on Hereford, left on Boylston 😊
Experiencing the course beforehand gives you an idea of what to expect when race day comes. Hope you have a good race!
Awesome work Hellah! So stoked to see you race Boston!!!
You’re looking strong Hellah! What a wild ride this is going to be. My favourite gels are Spring but they are now very expensive to import. Cheaper for you out there however 😊
You're getting fast! I'm hoping you get even faster. You're about where I was at my peak, but you're a way better athlete! Hopefully I can hit a new peak this year as well. Good luck in Boston!
Yay my fellow UMass alum! I'm running Boston as my first marathon in two weeks. Hope you crush it!!!
I have the Rocket x2. I've only tried them on a treadmill so far, but I'm enjoying them. And they are also my first super shoe. Good luck in Boston
See you in Boston Hellah!
good luck on the training! Post more of it
Love the video bro! And love the energy coming from you! And ur wife/girlfriend is amazing for being their for you I know st times the small things r overlooked but blessed you and love from Atlanta ga ❤️
Hellas!! I set a run PR in 70.3 Galveston last weekend in the new Hoka Rocket X2. Love. Love. You’re going to crush Boston.
" I am a Sweaty Salt.." HAHAHA Bro lagged! lol🤣🤣🤣
Good one Hella! Best of luck at Boston. The Newton Hills aren’t as scary as folks make out…. Unless you gassed out in first 10 miles 🤣🤣🤣
Mali puissance 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😢😢😢😢🎉😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢 1:00
I❤it. U gave Bella some love on camera. U guys R a great team.
Have an awesome day running Boston!
Hope to see you in Boston. Why do you run with 4 watches on? I can see if you were trying to test something specific, but all the time seems like a hassle.
GO ON Hellah!!! Can’t wait to see you crush
@HellahGood ! Those glasses are awesome. What are they?
Dope 🏃🏾♂️
See you out there man! Can't wait. Also for nutrition I've been going with maple syrup in small 3.5oz bottles from Amazon. 385 calories with 94.5g of carbs a bottle.
Real Syrup and bacon! 🔥
Bacon?
let's go baby !!!
You are ready🎉🎉🎉
I love Hüma gels. Not one that you see by all the elites but it’s all natural and vegan.
I use those too, I get the huma+ (with the added electrolytes)
Huma definitely a favorite
I used Gus forever until the last NYC half where it completely wrecked my stomach. I've since switched to huma+ and have loved them during my long runs. No GI distress or anything. Energy feels immediate as well.
as someone that deals with a high amount of sweating and loss of sodium during Marathons. HUMA+ Gels are a no brainer
I love maurten and sis.
Maurten consistency was a little shocking, but I actually liked it and it taste pretty good.
You both remind me of Ben parkes and sarah place. good to see
🔥🔥🔥
I wanna try the Hoka rocket X2 but I’m not the fastest runner. Will they still be ok for me?
Fierté de l’Afrique
💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿
Would you be so kind as to do a new video on your current warm up and cool down running routine?
Can not wait to see you on zoom meeting
What is your 1600m time
What are the black pair of HOKA you warmed up in?
I just got the March 5.
Looks like Clifton 9
🥳🥳🥳🥳
What are the sunglasses?
You like Skratch more than LMNT?
Maurten for the win. Not even close. Don’t mind Gu during the race but pay the price for the rest of the day. Maurten doesn’t taste great but super effective and much easier on the GI system.
Why are you wearing four watches!! :) LOL
@@thegoodshepherd684 Ahhhh - Makes sense now (:
I love UCAN
What is your time goal? 4hrs, 6hrs or less, what?
Thanks.
With this pace he's likely going for a Sub 3.
Bib mule = Matt Choi
Bro just shut up he didn’t mean any bad intent and I believe it was an honest mistake. If you can run a faster marathon than him then you can talk.
4 watches?
Running boston?!? Has he ran a sub 3?
Need to know how he qualified for Boston with no time qualifier and registration closed? Man must be nice to be an influencer
I was wondering the same thing
I got in through a sponsor/charity spot- no BQ for me - very grateful for the opportunity to run this race!
@@HellahGood You killed it out there! Great work and keep the hustle up!
@@HellahGood that's what's up, grateful we got to see your journey in your vids!
forgive the ignorance but....why four watches?
