    What's up my beautiful people!? Marathon prep #2 in the works! While I'm posting this I'm currently in my taper for the Rotterdam marathon! Also.. giving y'all something I never usually share.. my GOAL TIME. A little late to get this up but better late than never right? Hope y'all enjoy the more in depth chats about my workouts during this marathon prep. Anyone else racing in Rotterdam?     Thank you, I think this might be my favourite of all your videos (that I've managed to watch). Seeing what its like to go through marathon training, broken down like this, is something I haven't seen much of. Looking forward to see how you go in Rotterdam.

    ..good stuff Hellah.., a lot of runners, since way, way back.., have always tried to be the best runner, by doing just the stuff they like doing.. (no mobility, no weights, no recovery, .. no taper, etc etc..).., but coming from the "other" (stick and ball) sports world coaches will always harp on the little things ..because they matter.., it's real, and it matters. natural born talent, and stubbornness will only get you so far.
    keep working hard.

    I think you can run 15s faster if you loose a few watches 😂, keep grinding 💪🏾

      Yeah it does. Of course it isn’t gonna make your calf’s as big as heavy lifting, but my calf’s has gotten bigger from running the past few months

      @@faroukmohamed9133 you will have some development in your core . With arms though their won’t be any development tho.
