- In this day of eating, I was intuitively tracking macros given I was not able to weigh any of my food. We also traveled to Philadelphia for a meet-up at a really cool gym and got to watch and lift some heavy weight which we will be uploading the video for this Saturday! Hope you enjoy!

Totally surprised, you get along with so little food, i'm @80kg, workout probably only half as hard as you do, but i have to eat like 3500 just to maintain weight.
I live a very sedintary lifestyle. Powerlifting is not my full-time job. I don’t do any cardio. I have a desk job. Not that surprising if you saw my day-to-day.

how do you eat so little, im a 74 as well, and i cant help eat double your servings if i eat the same foods
I don’t powerlift for a full-time job. I have a desk job and live a very sedintary lifestyle. I also fo zero form of cardio
