Thank you for the meal prep ideas! I am new to pcos diet and it feels overwhelming cutting out dairy and carbs- my two favorite things hahaha love the Trader Joe’s pasta replacement!
I always look forward to your meal prep videos! Gives me a good insight on meal prepping that isn’t just your boring bland food 🥰
Thank you! Switching it up is key 👍🏻
Thank you so much for sharing your videos. I have PCOS and I'm so lost on where to start!
Girl same! After a few years, I'm still learning honestly... and I've found it hard to eat "properly" for PCOS on a strict budget... but I think mainly, low carb, low sugar, and if you HAVE to have carbs, make them whole grain and such. Like trading brown rice instead of white, or have something like konjac noodles instead of regular stir fry, etc.
I also try to put as many veggies into my diet as I possibly can. When I do have a things like ramen, because I love it, I make my own seasoning soup and I stuff it full of veggies and an egg, some fake crab if I have it and seaweed, so I'm sure I'm getting more nutrients out of it and I'm less likely to spike my insulin as I take my time eating all the rest of the stuff.
That orzo salad looks great! I can't wait to have warmer weather to start eating more salads like that 🙂
Same! Pasta salad just screams summer to me too
thank you! Loved how super easy this was and love the glass mason jar storage as well! I will def give this a try!
thank u for this. everything looked really yummy!!
Thanks!
I have PCOS but I'm struggling my symptoms is on a all time high
Just started watching your video and I'm really enjoying them, I would like to know how you stay on track for the holidays staying gluten free.
It’s hard! Fortunately I do not have Celiac so I do allow myself a few indulgences for special occasions. But last year I volunteered to make the dishes that usually contain the most gluten like stuffing and cornbread and I made them gluten free!
Liked the recipes and all, just wanted to help you make a small correction, shawarma isn't mediterranean, it's levantine/middle eastern 👍
You’re right-thanks!
Is Feta not dairy?
It is! I used violife “feta” which is a vegan alternative but still has a very similar taste and texture!
Your first recipe it’s very inflammatory potatoes ?? Are inflammatory food also chicken sausage come on👎🏻👎🏻😖
