Fantastic video...thanks!
Thank you!
Absolutely love this video. Thanks from Kansas
Thanks Danny!
Great video this and coincidentally I was just working on this on the range this afternoon. The difference in strike was unreal. I thought I was side bending enough but looked at video and the shoulder plane was way flat due to lack of it.
Love it!
If you can do a video on how to incorporate a takeaway from the side bend it would be great .
Good one!
I think the other tricky part about "finding the ground" is that the trail arm tends to be slightly bent at impact, which is different than your address position, so there's always a feeling like I need to get a bit lower to the ground on the downswing to make up for the slight arm bend. I'm not sure what the correct body compensation is for this at impact, other than just practice and muscle memory. Thoughts?
Yeah for sure!
Yes on practice
The specific answer is more trail side bend (shoulder down) as you rotate in the downswing
this may help explain:

Solid video!
Thanks!
Question I need to add the arms dropping or lag coming off the back swing..do you have that on video ..thanks buddy
Hey Ed!
Try these:

Feel like you’re keeping that arse on the wall which generally means to lower a bit as you go back. Huge key to a powerfully connected swing.
Thanks
You got it Nelson---hope it helps!
Would you recommend straightening the back knee, or keeping it flexed?
The trailing knee has to lose some flexion. Do not try to keep it flexed as you were at adress. You will cause your hips to stop tilting which causes your upper body to stop which means you will probably suck your arms in behind you thus causing the club shaft to flatten too much.
Def lose some of the bend you had at address.....go over the details here:

This is huge, "hitting the ground is built in" never thought of it this way. Now i can extend create power and control my lowpoint instead of trying to reach down to hit the ball at all. Wow. Totally the other way around
Yes!
Excellent video, thanks .team work. But if you guys exaggerate to bad , maybe people can see, feel bad and rejected to see it .Just sayings exaggeration, reject. Thanks you guys.
Thanks Oscar!
That’s not turning your shoulders. The lead to this video should be, as well as what your demonstrating is lifting your upper body from the waist and losing your spine angle. Nothing wrong with turning your shoulders as you have said in your other videos.
:)
