  • These are the recordings of a 3-Day intensive workshop to create original creature designs.
    DAY 2: After a free exploration of shapes and silhouettes, the next stage is to ground the design. This process is where we make more conscious decisions to make the design balanced and appealing. In ZBrush will take the prototype sketch and quickly clean the topology to add further high-frequency details.
    The focus of this video is to convert the multiple pieces we had as part of the backout into more of a solid piece that we can use to freely sculpt volumes and secondary shapes using Dynamesh in ZBrush
