Thank you very much for sharing. We're told every victim deserves justice but I've always thought surely they deserve not to have experienced the traumatic incident at all. Behind every victim is a perpetrator who, it could be argued, society is responsible for producing. Relying on threats of punishment to control behaviour and then blaming the individual when it hasn't. How many victims need there be before a different tact is needed. Pretty clear even the death penalty doesn't prevent crime, the 'message' each conviction sends out doesn't protect people. Its as if some section of society is anti spreading the understanding and education about human nature. The internet, UA-cam and Ted talks are changing that thank you
