- Hi guys welcome to my channel and in todays video I'm recreating a black and white abstract art inspired wall piece from places like Restoration hardware and West Elm. I've always loved this look and had so much fun making it. In the video I will show you guys how I made it and all the things that I purchased. Everything cost me an insanely low price of $30. I know HI-END store art pieces can cost thousands and thousands of dollars. Yea def over priced sorry. I always swing by the frame section while at ROSS, you can’t beat that price anywhere else!

Unfortunately, without any artistic talent or education, you'll end up with something that's embarrassingly awful.
That could be true, but the more you practice even on smaller canvases the better you can get. At least that was my experience.

Do you need to prime the entire canvas with Primer before the spackle?
Hi Bebe thank you for your question. I didn’t use primer on mine, but it won’t hurt to use it. It might ensure better adhesive, but I didn’t have any issues not using it for my first time:)

Why you put pink colors on canvas?
The Spackle is pink when wet and dries white
She really doesn’t know what Art is.
