Well if you really enjoy never having any sense of progression and getting anywhere in a game mixed in with a very shity healing system. Then you're going to love this game. Trust me when I say the only good thing about this game is the art design.

Its very Painfull because its a perma death game but if you like games like that its fun

Been playing this for about 3-4 hours already. Minor performance issues when you arrive on a floor (this is more noticeable in docked mode) but I think they could patch this. Except for that one jitter FPS seem to be around 50ish FPS. Games is very fun and controls are very responsive.
Lots to unpack, learn, discover. I'm very excited to keep playing!
That's been around on the PC for a while...I'm not sure they will.

@@mcsassy3 i wouldn't say it's consistent 60 but it fluctuates between 40-60 depending on what's on screen. Totally playable

@@mcsassy3 It's not even that. Biggest hit is when you land on new floor so first few seconds framerate jitters. Once it settles even when there are enemies on screen it's fine.
Bought it immediately. It gave me a weird feel of "The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy" so I had to have it and it looks so addictive
Make sure to buy some game vouchers too they're super duper awesome (They still have my family hostage)

This game has grown so much since Early Access and I couldn't be happier, a chef's kiss of a rogue like beat-em up! And the writing is so comical!

As someone who has been playing since early access, this game is a perfect blend of Hades' rogue-like elements with the side-scroll exploration & combat of Hollow Knight. Happy to see 1.0 come out, it's definitely worth playing.

Starting at around 1:10 there seems to be a musical nod to "This is Halloween" from nightmare before Christmas for a few seconds.
Looks great. Been excited for this for a long time. Really unfortunate it comes out the same week as RE4 remake and the eshop closure so my gaming funds are run dry this month. I'll pick it up over the summer

This game is fantastic and all that. My only complaint is that sometimes the game crashes especially during the TIME levels/bosses, and during the loading screen (at the beginning of the menu) it can get stuck (softblock), and I have to close the game and start again. But still, it is a good game, just need some patches here and there.
